Made an appointment for estate planning. Pre paid. Received multiple texts and emails (automated, clearly) asking for payment and intake forms and appointment reminders with my name and phone number. No number for me to call. Just my number. When the attorney did not call I called them. Waited on hold for over 5 minutes. Reception no idea who I was. Attorney not available. Was told she’d be given a message that I called. What a colossal waste of my time and money!

Even were she to call me back I could not possibly trust her as a fiduciary! How can my time and money be so worthless to her? And her reception is clueless at best and slightly rude at worst.

Natalie was engaging from our very first meeting. She was highly recommended to me by a friend. I’m sure the lawyer is okay, but the office staff is incompetent. No return emails, no return phone calls, no confirmation of submitted materials. Then the lawyer called 20 minutes late for our scheduled call and left a message that “I” missed the meeting. The office girl contacted me the next morning with an attitude so rude and condescending I had to terminate the call before I lost my temper. The lawyer probably doesn’t even know her staff is a terrible liability, but the lack of attention and commitment to the clients is disturbing at best, and an absolute deal breaker for me.
