Evergreen Village at Delta Ridge, Eugene OR

I love living here! Management is wonderful - Laura and Ashley are friendly, professional and helpful. The apartment homes are beautiful - I love all the natural light. They’re very sound proof - we don’t hear our neighbors at all. The community is so clean and the amenities exceed all my expectations. The gym, in particular, is great! It’s a very safe community, which was important to me as a single mom. I’m so happy I chose Evergreen Village!

Wonderful place! Laura and front office have been terrific, we couldn’t ask for more from them. Absolutely professional, courteous, hard working, and responsive. They’ve made our transition here fantastic. The units are beautiful and comfortable, and landscaping is really tasteful. Maintenance is speedy and helpful. We also think it’s a nice part of town, very convenient. We are very happy we found this place! I truly think it’s the best complex in town by a long shot after looking around for a long time.

The only small gripe, and it’s a first-world problem for sure, is the clubhouse and pool. We were told this would be done many months ago, and it has been delayed repeatedly. Moreover, the pool is very small for a complex this size. More a place you might dip your fit in, but will be difficult to actually swim given the minuscule size and the number of kids in the neighborhood.

My interactions with Evergreen Village have been nothing but positive. Laura has been super helpful, quick, and friendly with all of her responses to me. We’re moving from out of state so she’s been super patient and even gave us a personal video tour! Overall a great experience.

This place is awesome! Our unit is so spacious and beautiful. The area also feels very safe. Laura was extremely helpful, patient, and responsive when it came to helping us choose our townhome and continues to be even after moving in. We're so excited to be here!

Just moved in with my fiancé and Laura has been so super helpful with every step! Everyone in the office is actually, and it’s been such a great experience so far! The apartment is gorgeous and love the amenities, especially being pet friendly. Super excited for the club house and pool this summer.:)

We just moved into our 1 bedroom townhouse apartment. We love it. Modern and spacious for a one bedroom with a really large bathroom. Laura and Jaime have been very friendly and easy to communicate with. We are looking forward to using the pool and fitness center soon!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience living in the townhomes at Evergreen Village at Delta Ridge. The staff were helpful and friendly and always communicated in a timely manner. The townhome we lived in was big and spacious offering a luxury feel at a good price. Thank you Evergreen Village!

I moved to Evergreen Village in July of 2019’.
I have been extremely impressed with all of the leasing staff. Any maintenance issue has been quickly responded to in a professional manner.
The apartments are well designed, modern light and current in colors and finishes.
I found that the apartments are larger and priced better than other new apartment complexes. I’m very pleased and am enjoying living in the Evergreen community!

I would highly recommend Evergreen Village @ Delta Ridge for anyone looking for a spacious, modern & well designed apartment. Laura S.was my initial contact person and she has been absolutely amazing. Both Laura & Jaime’s communication skills were tremendously appreciated before, during & after the move-in process. As a huge bonus they are both very friendly, outgoing and always smiling!
