I was tired and sore, And I was made to feel welcome and at home, Bed's comfy, Location quiet I got some good sleep

We tried to check in at 4pm for two rooms for 8 people. They charged us 254 at first and then after we got the keys they changed their words and says that’s only for one room and asked for another payment for another room. We felt that we were ripped off because the one room is only about 90 to 130 on the website. We decided not to stay there. Not recommended.

Correction: It was 4am, not 4pm.

Not a lot of options in this area but this is one of the best. Good and very friendly service. Room was very clean though the carpeting and decor are a bit of a flashback. Location is a prime starting point for a good number of outdoor activities. Would book again if I needed to stay I'm the area.

We paid more for this room than other options in Lakeview as the ratings were better. What a mistake. Everything was okay until we needed ice. The website clearly states that they have an ice machine yet when we called the office, they stated this did not have one, I asked why since they advertised they do. Both the husband and wife were both yelling at me on the phone telling us to leave at 10: 00. We will never go back and recommend that nobody else does.

Dirty, old, a stench when entering and what about the bathroom where the smell of mold comes from?

The staff was friendly and helpful but the building was built during the stone age practically. Parking was an issue, not enough room for other vehicles to pass safely. The stairs to go up to our room was apparantly failing at some point in time and so instead of replacing the boards of the steps they just nailed new boards on top of the old ones. The new boards were not placed properly and now makes the walk upstairs unsafe when carrying heavy loads up. The wife also noticed large cracks in the boards. The room was very clean however and minus the safety issues it was a pleasant enough stay.

I have been here for over a month and the hotel has everything you need for short stays and long. I'm in a kitchenette so I have all the amenities I need. The managers are great and so are the maids! Thanks again for everything!

Room was nice, however there was a locked door in our room and I woke up to someone behind it clamoring around for over an hour in the around 3 in the morning. Very strange.

Its an old hotel that is well maintained. Bed was relatively comfortable but the pillows could use some stuffing. Room was clean and worked for what I needed. Price was $50 less than the hotel next door. I would stay again.

This motel is excellent for the price and the staff are amazing. I’ve stayed there twice in the last few years and had a great experience both times. The rooms are clean and cozy, the location is great, and the staff are very nice. This time I left something behind in the room by mistake and when I called to ask if they’d found it they were so prompt and kind in helping me and had it in the mail within hours. I’ll stay here every time I drive through Lakeview!

Dated. There was a crack between the ac and the wall you could see thru to the cars parked out side. Lots of people out side just standing around. In a snow storm. Was just a bit odd. Worked for getting off the road in a storm tho. Was decently cleaned just dated and need some up keep.

For the price this was great! I have been in more expensive hotels that weren't as clean. It was also nice because you could walk to the Safeway down the street. And the area felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Very unprofessional staff. My wife and I (and our pet cat) were turned away at 10: 30 PM in below freezing weather (1 degree F) after making a reservation online. They stated that their pet policy does not allow cats even though their website advertised pets as being allowed to stay.

When asked to confirm what a "pet" is, from their own website description, the clerk pivoted and told me that I was "viewing the old website" and actually tried to blame me for not sifting through all of the conflicting information online between their Google page, the 3rd party booking app, and a website they literally own and maintain.

I told the clerk our only alternative was to stay in our car for the night as they are the cheapest hotel in town. He did not care and continued to place blame on us, the customers, for getting information from the hotel's official website. They were not able to process a refund at the hotel and I had to wait over a half hour to have the booking app support team facilitate my request.

Do not stay at this hotel, spend the extra $20 and stay at one in the area that will respect you as a customer and a human being instead.
