The units themselves are fresh and clean! The climate control seems good and dry for the air quality, and the overall service is great! Cara was quick to call once I had reserved my unit online and she was clear and concise with her instructions. Overall I’m happy with the storage unit and the ease of access!

Amazing customer service. Will definitely store my extra stuff with this company if I ever need to store my stuff again. Fischer road branch has the most wonderful service over the phone and I person as well.

I have had nothing but an excellent customer service experience with the team at Extra Space Storage in King City/Tigard! They have accommodated my every need. When needing to move to a larger unit, to add a vehicle to my storage, they made it happen in a day! I truly could not be happier!

I was able to easily call and ask questions before signing up online (I could have done the rental on the phone too, but needed to coordinate with family first). The person on the phone was super knowledgeable and helpful, and I was able to get all of my questions answered quickly.

The online rental system was super easy to use, only took a few minutes once we figured out what size we needed. And the on-site manager was wonderful! Very friendly, and I would absolutely recommend this location/company to anyone needing some extra space!
