Extreme Clean did an excellent job of cleaning out a gallon of white paint from the trunk of my car. They got me in right away and stayed late working on it. I highly recommend them for your detailing needs.

The same oiled areas on seats are still there after cleaning and my windows and mirrors are all less than acceptable. For $350 dollars the bar for quality is exceptional

Honestly, Mike Small has ran his business for 28 years, has exceptional customer service and is a great man. Absolutely the best auto detail company in Eugene/Springfield area, and I'd say all of Oregon. I highly recommend his service, and his employees as well. They pay attention to detail and always do a thorough job, the Extreme Clean Way! Salute!

Mike, Katrina and their crew always go above and beyond! This is the only place I'll take my car for details, because the details matter to them!

These guys saved my behind. Big-time. I was driving my son's brand new car with only 5000 miles on it. I had bags of groceries and such in the backseat.
To protect the seats I always have a towel down when I'm putting bags down on it. I got to my destination and picked up the back to see a 1ft×6in bleach spot on the towel. I ripped towel off and the Black cloth seat was wet with bleach cleaner. I called them to see if they were still open, they were only going to be open another 20 minutes, and I was 18 minutes away. I told him the issue and assured him how desperate I was for help. They waited for me to show up, they immediately started cleaning the seats. They went over it again and again with a high-powered hot water detergent and suctioned it til we no longer smelled the bleach. I asked him what I owed him and he said don't worry about it he could sense the desperation and urgency in my voice on the phone. I'm sure they're definitely not into giving away free services but his generosity was heartfelt. While I was only there for 25-30 minutes I watched their process and can say that they are thorough and professional. When it comes time for a detailing this is where I'm headed. 100% recommend. I was in tears when I arrived I couldn't stop smiling when I left.
Update.it's been a few weeks and the seats are as black as they were when he bought it.

This place is amazing. Mike the owner is a master of his craft. The best part is that the pricing is affordable considering the quality of the service. I take every one of my vehicles to him at least once a year for a full detail. Keeps our cars looking brand new year after year.

When I scheduled my wife's car to be detailed, I thought the mess my youngest son made was surely not going to come off. But I was so mistaken. This by far was the best cleaning, and was worth every penny. Before I left, they came to me asking if everything was to my satisfaction. All I could say was WOW! 1st time getting my car detailed. Wasn't sure what to expect having this done the 1st time. Well, there were a couple of things I was not happy about. The owner reached out to me to make this right. I believe in giving a business a chance to make things right before blasting them. Well, this place did the job all over again, and it was an amazing job, to say the least. They will have a return ING customer for sure.

My car was the worst! Between my dog and the food that had been left in the built in cooler, and years of not being detailed.oh boy!

Just Absolutely Awful. I paid $300 for full detail well the cup holders still had dried coffee stains and their is still dust and dirt in the interior.and engine compartment
I will not be returning.
Very disappointed with the Quality of the Detail. $300 for a basic $25 car wash.

Extreme Clean is a professional business that did a good job on my car. I drive a 2014 Nissan Altima with 43,000 miles on it and right now it looks brand new. The workers did a good job in making sure that my car stays new with the wash they did on it. The owner, Katrina Small and Mike made sure that I got professional service and I could not be happy with the experience I had. They are nice people as I like talking to them and will make another appointment next month as I get my car done monthly. Here is a picture of myself and Katrina in front of my clean car. Where do I start? Mike a Katrina are great people. They run a great business. I'm sad I moved out of state. Don't get to get my cars to them anymore. When I am in town inalways stop by and say hi. 10/10 highly reccomend

I’ve taken 3 vehicles here at different times over the last few years and every time car comes back like new! Like new! These guys are legit. The owner is awesome. The employees are professional. I have nothing but nice things to say about this place. Top notch service.

I got the Mini clean. It took a while with staff shortages. The vacuum job was good but the back door panels were apparently not included.
Front seat and dash looked good.
