EyeHealth Northwest - Hillsboro Office

The optician is so, so knowledgeable about the fit of my little kids glasses. She is really patient and gracious with them, making the whole experience much less stressful than at other optical shops we've tried. They have tomato brand frames which are the best for my little ones super high script.

They were very pushy and I felt like they were rushing me out the door and I was the first appointment of the day! Never go back there again!

Kudo to Renee! She is exceptionally patient and empathetic, and delivers outstanding results! I was angry at her that they couldn't do the high index they used to do for me, and she wasn't mad at me in return. Then she helped me repaired my broken frame as much as she can. She also supported me getting my new glass. I can feel that she wholeheartedly wanted to help me, and let go the fact that I was a jerk to begin with. And she has amazing skills in her job! When she said it looks too tight while I didn't feel so at the moment, it turned out in few hours that she's right. So eventually I even depended on her in telling me what "feels right", rather than keep trying sensing it with my nose, ears, etc. In short, please send her a kudo, and I feel truly grateful to have been working with her!

Not only do they send you bills after you've already paid at the clinic but they don't call you to let you know your glasses are in. One time i setup an appointment and put it in my calendar at their front desk and when i showed up they said i didn't have one. I had taken time off for this appointment and they insisted that i never set it up when i know for sure i did. The docs are fine but their office management is very far below standards. At this rate they'll have a one star rating in no time. Don't waste your time here.

All great! Dr Tse is personable and teaches me something new every time I see her. Staff friendly and efficient!

Hope you like getting bills for services you paid for years after the fact. Service is decent but shoddy bookkeeping is what brings this to a 1 star.

We thoroughly enjoyed our son’s first vision exam with Dr. Tse. She was so good at making my 7 year old feel at ease and explaining what was going on. She was so patient and personable!

Dr. Tse is great! Her energy is infectious. She answers all my questions and takes the necessary time. I look forward to my annual check ups!

I've found everyone at this Eye Health office both friendly and helpful. I've been going to Eye Health Northwest for over 20 years, but when I moved much farther West, I was delighted to find the Hillsboro office so much closer and convenient. I've had nothing but a positive experience at this office for the last couple years and would certainly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Today I felt a deep sense of kindness here. The doctor and staff were very generous.thank you very much.

Felt like I was inconveniencing the staff. They rushed me out of the office rather than checking to see if my glasses fit snug and correct. I will be wearing these for awhile I’d expect some assistance with adjustments, instead of sitting down and looking at how they fit, they asked if they fit, confused I remarked, “I think so”. Than told they’d get me a glass case and sent me on my way. When you pay almost $1000 for glasses, you would think the people would at least take a little time to help you. I will not be going back.

Rudest staff I've ever encountered.

Staff are pleasant, efficient and helpful. Dr. Tse is so friendly and kind, she remembers me and asks about my kids even though I only see her once a year for my exam!

Michelle at EyeHealth Northwest was so helpful when I switched insurances and needed to order a new prescription, she was so friendly and had a great attitude despite my many questions. She also was able to get my prescription all in order for me over the phone! So appreciate her and the staff over here.
