Don’t waste your time with this place. They can’t manage their own schedules. I was 5 minutes late because of a train and checked in acknowledging I was a few late. The receptionist was fine with it since there is a grace period. They let me sit in the waiting area for 30 minutes and then the doctor sent the receptionist out to tell me she couldn’t see me because I was late and because she was already running late. That’s not how it works. You make patients wait for as long as you want but turn people away at your convenience.

I was asked to accompany a person to her eye appointment today. Both the patient and I were happily surprised at how well the visit went. We were in agreement that Juan, the assistant, and Dr. Nisha Nagarkatti-Gude could not have been better! We are entrusting our future eye care to them and to their team.

The male tech who did my exam was awesome working around my schedule a bit, really appreciated his flexibility.

My feeling is mutual regarding the doctors since I only spent 5 minutes with a doctor. The service is the thing I am not happy and worried about. I always arrive early for an appointment as a patient and I think doctors should be so as well. I waited 20 minutes after checked in for the appointment. Assistant checked me into the room, then I waited another 35 minutes.
A different assistant pushed the door open and said that I would be next due to the doctor’s busy schedule.
2 minutes later, doctor came in and spent a total 5 minutes with me then suggested that if I am not bothered by it, I can let it be.
I can’t help but wonder when a doctor is busy with patient, the doctor would normally spend some time in between patients to take care some personal things and be ready for the next patient. 2 minutes is all that it took from the moment I have been told that the doctor is busy until the doctor walked in the room. I just know it takes me more than 2 minutes to have a trip to the bathroom…….

No complaints whatever! Minimal wait at check in for a 10: 40 appointment. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff.

The only complaint I have ever had about this group is regarding the challenge of getting an appointment. The group is always very busy, so any requested appointment will be 2 or 3 months away. I have been a patient with them for 5 years, and my care has always been excellent. I have been exceedingly happy with the doctors and staff. I suppose that is why they stay so busy.
