I came here to get lenses for my glasses, they took my frames, they took my pupillary distance, they charged me for two pairs of lenses (for two different glasses), and unfortunately, they weren’t able to put the lenses in the frames that I had. Which is fine, I knew that it might be an issue with the type of frames that I had. The reason I’m leaving a one star review is because I did find a place who is willing to put lenses in my glasses, but I needed my pupillary distance because it was an online service, and Eye of the World refused to help me. They told me they didn’t save that information from yesterday and that they cannot do a simple two second check to get my distance for me so that I could order the proper glasses so now I’m waiting on the refund, I have wasted gas and I wasted of time. I understand the circumstances, but I don’t understand why, since they already took my money, and did all these things just to tell me that they weren’t able to help me, that they couldn’t take a second to assist me and getting the information I needed so that I could actually get the lenses that I need for my glasses. It’s very unfortunate and poor customer service.
