Always kind and knowledgeable with reasonable prices. In fact I kinda wonder how they stay afloat with those prices!

Our dog is super skittish and all the doctors and techs are super kind and patient with her making her feel as comfortable as possible. They are always up front about costs and make every effort to try less expensive options first if we desire.

Dr. Botha, her technician team and the front office staff are so wonderful. She took the time and answered all my questions while making me feel heard and understood. She treated my dog as her own opposed to "just another patient" for that reason I will only go to her from now on.

Faithful Friends got Bella (goldendoodle) in quickly to inspect her wound and everyone was super kind and caring for her. The staff has always taken excellent care of my fur family; everyone has treated them with love.

Our pets have been seen by Dr. Rideout for several years. She has been great! She is very informative and personable.

They say they are an emergency clinic as well but will only take already established patients on an emergency basis. I think if you claim to be an emergency clinic you should take any pet needing it established or not.

Great Doctors! Really care about your pet! Always such a caring and friendly staff. Couldn't get any better!

I recommend Faithful Friends to everyone w a pet. The Vets are very good diagnosticians, which in my book - that’s what medical care is all about. The Vet staff are very good w my dogs. Everyone there, including the office staff has shown genuine concern for my pets. I'm a very knowledgeable animal lover/owner. These professionals make my “star list” every visit. Dr. Rideout is a wonderful doctor. She puts my fearful kitties at ease and shows that she really cares about them. I appreciate being able to take them to her.

All of the doctors at this clinic are amazing. They are so kind, never make me feel rushed, take such good care of all of our pets and truly just make every visit so comfortable and a great experience.

This clinic has been one of the best things about living in Lebanon. Every one on staff was kind, helpful, and just amazing. We are sorry to be moving away from them, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Faithful Friends Animal Clinic is the BEST! We've been coming here almost 4 yrs and couldn't be happier:) They are professional, affordable, caring and attentive. The Vets and staff are wonderful. They truly care about your pets like they were their own. Eartha (front office) always try's to accommodate us esp.if one of the pups has an urgent need. Samson and Chloe's Vet, Dr. Hiett is amazing. He is very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, easy to talk to and our pups agree:) They have also seen Dr. Stender and Dr. Rideout, who are great also! We love you guys and keep up the awesome work.

Oh my! Thank you so much! These people are the best! They took such very good care of my Schnauzer, Rembrandt. He had surgery yesterday. I couldn't recommend them higher. They were so considerate for years with my last Schnauzer, Oskar. Thank you all for being here for us. You are a credit to our community for sure.

My family has been with Faithful Friends for multiple generations. They have been a major part in the beginning and end of all of our pets lives and we couldn't ask for better hands to place them in.
