Fall Creek Falls Trailhead reviews
7Great 1 mile uphill hike to a very nice waterfall. My 5 and 7 year old loved this hike yesterday. 90 degrees but not too bad as your moving up a valley walking above the creek most of the way.
Recovering nicely from the fire. Beautiful falls. Trail almost cleaned up. Some narrow spots.
Unfortunately a recent fire has the trail closed. The bridge was burned out which would be pretty easy to get around but there are a lot of trees down too.
Beautiful & you could get right up to the falls. Uphill & moderate difficulty (rocks, roots, mud) but short, about 0.5 miles to the falls and 1 mile round trip. Lots of cool stuff on the trail - one part where you walked through a crevice in a big mossy boulder!
Boundary Rd is not the correct access point. There is limited turn around opportunities and no parking. Take Hwy 138 to about milepost 32.5 for access to the designated trailhead for Fall Cr Falls.
Great falls. Short and relatively easy hike best to go in the cooler/wetter months as it is a popular hike just off the highway.
