The Dr. Explained everything about my eye exam and results so it was easy for me to understand. He was very helpful. The gal who helped with getting my glasses and my payment new exactly what my insurance would let me buy which was amazing! Super good experience and beautiful office!

My first time in this office and I was very impressed! Everyone, and I really mean EVERYONE was so friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Sprouse was super nice, he took the time to explain results and answer all my questions. Also the lady that explained what my insurance covered, she was super nice and very helpful. Everyone made my first appointment an enjoyable experience. It felt like I was in and out in a matter of minutes and yet all my questions were answered and I didn't feel rushed. That is a great combination. Also the lady at the front desk set the tone for the experience with her wonderful smile and very friendly welcome. I believe her name is Tracy. Thank you! My daughter and I had a great experience. The staff was amazing. They were kind and informative. Our doctor was awesome. He explained everything and took extra steps to make sure my daughter got her eye care needs met. After our appointment the nice lady who was helping us find our frames made sure to explain our insurance coverage and didn’t push sales like other places I’ve been to. We had a great experience and will for sure be going back and letting our friends and family know.

The Doctor makes you feel comfortable and is always ready to patiently answer any questions regarding your eye health. He only provides recommendations that fit your situation. Family Focus was very professional and personal, explaining everything in regard to my two cataract surgeries. They were following a mole behind my eye, it's growth and caution of maybe cancer. No cancer, a relief.

Overall learned a lot and good service. My only complaint would be the front office staff. I was 10 minutes late and they were visibly bothered by that. I got no welcome just paperwork and coldness. Otherwise good experience.
