The worst clinic, whatever you have to do try anotherone, they have attitude and they are going to charge you more for thing that you dont even need

Quite unprofessional and unstructured. I have witnessed them violating HIPAA multiple times, discussing patients health information in front of others in the waiting room. I’ve had friends tell me other people’s health information (diagnoses) from the medical assistants that work at FHA. The majority of staff are impolite, including reception & lab tech. The only positive thing I can say is that the most providers are well educated and are very thorough when it comes to your healthcare needs and concerns.

Dr. Maria A. Faaeteete should not be a provider at this hospital. She is a cold-hearted doctor with no compassion for her patients. She used to be my primary doctor and I switched after my last visit with her. It took about a year for me to book with another doctor because of my experience with her.

I have been going here since 7/2022 I have been seeing Dr. Oltman he is pretty good and professional really good doctor. But I only give it 3 stars because some of the office staff is kinda rude and they get forms filled out wrong for insurance. The was getting me a prior authorization for meds and put down something that I don’t have so I got denied for med.when I called them and explained to them what they did they put in for another and screwed it up also. And that med is one of the important ones that I have to take a shot every week not like it is something that I could do with out.

They give you the wrong time for your appointment and then explain you were late and cancel it. The staff is rude and negligent with your records and referrals. They dont respond to the providers you are trying to get approved by. They mess up your paperwork and write referrals for the wrong imaging. These people are careless and do not provide quality health care here. This place and the people that work here have no empathy or understanding for people that have serious medical conditions. I cant imagine how many people will die or be misdiagnosed under such negligent care here. Take your loved ones elsewhere.

If anyone wants to become a polypharmacutical patient from issues originating from one medication in the first place I'd recommend coming here. My Mental Health has been terrible coming here, all stemming from a medication I got on years ago.

Dr Jonas Oltman is a good dr. I have been seeing him for over ten years now and he has been extremely polite, he listens to everything I have to say, and has been correct on all diagnoses. He sends you to specialist as soon as possible when needed, I have MANY health issues and allergies, so unfortunately I have to be seen often, he has gotten new front office staff who work with you to get you scheduled and in right away and he has some really sweet and caring nurses. I have had to seen other drs at other clinics when Jonas Oltman has been on vacation, and it has not been a pleasant experience at other clinics. If dr Oltman is unsure of something he will look things up or call for a second opinion and doesn’t quit til he knows the facts and the answer, after all no one knows everything and no one is perfect. This is one thing I really like about dr.jonas oltman, other drs. Have been uncertain about things and they just tell you what they think instead of getting the answers. Thank you dr oltman for all your services and help over the years, keep up the wonderful work.
