Dr. Yeh is wonderful. I have been going to Fanno Creek for many years and have always received thoughtful care. Highly recommend this clinic.

Horrible experience and visit. They bill in a way that suits their profits, not what the patient asked for or general patient care. The visit was not that great anyways- the staff seemed distracted and not focused on my care.but overall, mostly concerned by billing practices and the lack of understanding and support in getting things reconciled- steer clear!

I just established care here. The staff and doctor were really nice and I got to spend a lot of time talking to my new doctor about disease prevention and risk. The phlebotomy was really fast and painless. I wasn't rushed during my appointment at all. It was a very nice experience overall.

***DO NOT ESTABLISH CARE HERE***
I had a serious knee injury (torn ACL, PCL, and meniscus) and my insurance required me to get a referrals to see an orthopedic specialist. I visited my local clinic and was assigned to Dr. Marc Levitte to get the referral. I was denied the referral because Dr. Levitte, who is not an orthopedic specialist, said he did not believe I had a knee injury.
I did however receive a dermatology referral for a skin check from Dr. Levitte. In short, I went in for a referral for extreme knee pain and left with no orthopedic specialist referral but instead a dermatology referral.

It's tough for me to write this because one of the best GPs I've ever had is at this clinic, it's walking distance from my home, and they take my insurance.

But the good times kind of stop there.

Not all, but the vast majority of the care team aside from the doctors and nurses are absolutely insanely nasty and counterproductive.

For starters, your front desk and admin staff shouldn't be talking down on/making fun of patients literally right in front of their faces. I get that most of the people here are older than ancient texts, but that's really poor conduct and many of your patients are not old or incoherent, yet no differentiation is made.

Between blockading my communications between my doctor and I by "accidentally forgetting to take notes"/losing notes 8+ times, frequently cutting me off every sentence when trying to leave notes after they prompt me, kicking off calls in a super angry/passive aggressive tone and flat out telling me that they can't do anything without even waiting for me to finish a single sentence, and failing to bill correctly by using months-old insurance that's since been updated in their system multiple times and double billing for the same events.

To get care for myself in a timely manner and avoid being blindsided by an erroneous charge going to collections becomes a bit of a job at times.

Sometimes I'll have to book full appointments, wasting my doctor's time and mine while running without meds for days/weeks, just to ask a question or get a prescription refilled. This isn't before calling the team to leave a note for the doctor, either. I usually call multiple times over a week or two before finally requesting to be seen since I'm not hearing back, only to find out the doctor never received anything.

It's expensive for the patient and I can see the physical effect on my doctors from being under constant stress with such tightly packed schedules due to the poor logistics/administration staff and their conduct.

Using the web portal to ask questions is hit or miss. Getting the answer you need may take weeks or it may take hours and you just don't know since it's dependent on staff availability, attention, and your own persistence as the patient. There's no notification system for the web portal so you need to remember to check.

If I wasn't overworked to the point of this being relatively low priority to address, I'd have already signed up at another clinic.

It's a good thing they have good doctors and nurses here - when I do go in, I get thoughtful care and solutioning and the doctors themselves respect you as a human, giving you answers with the level of detail that you need to understand the situation/actionables.

After a lengthy conversation with the scheduler and checking back and forth, I was told the doctor will take my insurance. I made an appointment and when I got there (missing work) they told me they were sorry, but they don't take my insurance. They didn't have the professional curtesy to call me before hand to let me know that they are cancelling the appointment. Also reaching them on the phone was very difficult.

I had a very poor experience at my first visit. The facility was dirty, medical devices very outdated, and the building looked to be falling apart everywhere I looked. Then I saw the physician who barely looked me in the eye and had a terrible bedside manner. I will be finding another place for my primary care.
