Farmers Insurance - Hector Zavala

After paying Farmer's for home insurance for 17 years, no claims ever, I received a cancellation notice by mail. The reason? A drone flyover had identified that my roof looked "too old". No communication from them, no agent reached out, no prior request from them to connect about this issue. I phoned the agent, who said this letter was to "cause you to connect with us to problem solve". To which I replied - "starting with a threat is probably a poor way to create a mutual solution". I am dropping this company - the letter was rude and abrupt, and their agents should be much more proactive with their loyal clients. This could have been avoided - now I will warn everyone I possible can not to do business with Farmer's. They willingly take your money for years, but put no effort into decent service.
