I had a very odd sized fastener I had to get. They helped me find out exactly what I needed, size, length, type, etc.and though they didn't have it in stock (again, it was a weird part and I didn't expect anyone to have the size i needed in stock anywhere) they had it shipped from another store over the weekend and arrived Monday (I went in the store on a friday).
And it was seriously less than 3$ worth of fasteners.
These guys F'n rock.
