2There was a hold put on my package that was already three days late that i did not request and i was not allowed to pick up my package, extremely disappointed.
The lady and gentleman who got my package for me were so kind and helpful. As for the call center, both people, for both packages, were very unhelpful and repeated the same phrase, over and over. The driver should be reprimanded and/or fired for his behavior. Proof from my cameras, he never stopped by, and the second day he stopped at my neighbors and left. I tried chasing him down even. LAZY. And then to lie, staying he tried to deliver it. Same thing, almost exactly, happened at my house delivery. Finally they delivered there but didn't read the note and put my package out in the open. 1st package paid 2 day delivery. Took 6.
UPS. 3 packages, all on time, all delivered, all kind. Choose ups from now on. Fedex has gone way down.
