8Consistently send the wrong type of pickup when using the online tool. Then when you call you get sent through several representatives to get to someone who can actually help you. Fedex freight is a joke.
No problems picking up shipments. Depending on time of day, the wait might be upwards of 20 min for the dock crew to bring your shipment out. No real clear instructions from anyone, just make sure to go inside to the window and have your tracking number and ID
Usually my go to for freight shipping. Speed and price are fair. They have never damaged any of our freight. I will continue to use them.
Kept on putting me on hold for 10 minutes at a time. Until they completely just started hanging up the phone on me. Some quality service
Helpful with getting me the information I needed regarding pick-up times for freight. Didn't take them more than 30 seconds to reference my information and relay the info I needed.
Well organized and professional work environment. Lacking respect though in my opinion. Fare pay.
NE FAZIO location-you have horrible customer service! They were 3 weeks delivering and they had the package at their location all the time. The people on the phone were all overseas and could noy locate any information. When I asked for a supervisor-they hung up-3 times!
The NE FAZIO location in Portland has been absolutely insolent. I tried to call their customer service location in Boston and they just directed me back to the location in Portland OR on FAZIO drive that was the problem to begin with.
The Center Manager is rude and made me feel like I was hie subordinate employee or something. When a person/company pays to have a product delivered, the assumption is that the product will be delivered safely, ontime, and without incident. Yes things happen-but in this case Fed Ex had the item at the location and just never got around to delivering it-and said they did not know where the product was? Horrible!
Time to restrusture your processes. I understand busy-what I do not understand it complacency and cover-up. After being 3 weeks late with my shipment, and after multipe calls and chats from me trying to locate the shipment, the shipment was located in the NE FAZIO portand oregon location where it was all along. The Center Manager for this location was rude, unapplologetic and not even willing to accept any responsibility for the failure of their processing, the failure of their tracking and the failure of their personnel. Horrible consumer relations. Deplorable customer service. USE UPS at least they are accountable for their sevice.
