Alisa and Joshua were great and very helpful.

Alisa went out her way when I came in 5 minutes to closing time. She assisted me with no hesitation and not trying to rush me out because of closing time. I wasn't home for a package I missed. She checked to see if the driver had gotten back. The driver was just arriving back and I waited patiently while she seen what she could do for me. She came back and had a package in her hands I was so happy and grateful. While she was in the back Joshua had came up front to help a customer. And then afterwards him and I started talking and he was very friendly. And once again not trying to rush me oit even though it was past closing time. I just wanted to acknowledge both of them and say FedEx should be very happy to have them as employees at your establishment.

The employee named ae Chiang Chao attacked me and assaulted me and went to jail I will never do business with fed ex ever again

The gentleman at this location was very professional and an amazing guy he made sure my package was adequately packaged with enough stuffing so it would not break he went ahead and made sure everything was correct super friendly I will doing all my shipping at this location from now on great service

Missing never delivered when it was marked as such.and delayed packages due to facility always closing.

No knock so I requested door bell ring for delivery and was home both days for delivery attempt. Driver just left a note and walked away without doing either. For an expensive package item and there's no way to contact the office directly.

Fedex has been a complete disappointment. Not this location but the 1800 number customer service us absolutely terrible. They can't call to confirm if a package is the the stated pick up location. I requested that my package be left with out a signature and yet their system didn't update. They stated they made an attempt at 7am. I did not have a door tag and my motion sensing cameras did not pick up anything around that time. I paid for express shipping and now have to go spend 2 hours to pick up my package because FedEx can't update their shipments. This isn't the first time. Last one was held at the distribution center for 3 weeks. FedEx has continually had poor customer service or the ability to provide a reasonable resolution.

Guy who helped me was super great. BUT I got the information from 1-800# that my package was on site and I could pick up today. WRONG. Always ask 1-800 person to have someone from specific location call you back OR conference call them. It will save you an unnecessary trip.

Friendly staff even though Driver with my package returned late, that's okay, she had a very busy day. No worries.

It's pretty unreal that a package shipped overnight express can get from El Paso, TX to this Lake Oswego location in less than 18 hours, and then sit for more than 3 days in their shipping center due to "local delays beyond our control".

FedEx has provided no concrete information on the package other than it continues to be scanned at this facility, about 2-3 times per day. Their notification system regularly sends conflicting messages that the package has been picked up for delivery before immediately informing me that it's been delayed. No further update will provided all day, despite the system claiming one will be sent.

If they have staffing issues and cannot fulfill the shipping speed that was paid for, I'd rather they tell me that and provide a new delivery date than pretend like this isn't their fault and keep me in the dark.

If I could I would give this zero stars I’ve been waiting for my replacement iPhone from apple I’ve been tracking it and looking often at the tracking information. I’ve check it more then 20x today and still said it would show up by tomorrow 12/20/21 I’m at home and haven’t left home today they didn’t knock on the door or anything so I missed my phone now I have to wait. Your tracking needs to have better updates because the only update I had on it until I called them was 9: 14 am after I call they said they tried to deliver at 12: 36 but no knock no doorbell was rung do your jobs better

I’ve had a package sitting here for, no exaggeration, seven days now. Thank God two of the three packages finally made it to the Portland ship Center and so it was finally delivered after that, but I still have one of the three boxes sitting at this location, third day with no updates.

Terrible service. Lies about delivery attempts. Front desk too incompetent to answer basic questions. Facilities like this is why I quit this terrible company

Overnight delivery that takes a week. No/ terrible customer service. No direct line to this center. If you manage to get a human on the line I’m impressed! Usps, ups, anyone else.
