Great place to come and relax, year round. Lots of different bird species and hardly ever any people.

Marsh Wren, Great Egret, Pelican, and hunting Black Tern! What a rich ecosystem!

This is a really amazing place when hunters aren't shooting the flying death monster called duck. Just remember too check yourself, kids and pets for ticks. Yes one bathroom but sometimes the door is broken and will not lock. But a cool place too see wild and wonderful animals.

Very small parking area, game & fish parking permit required. Strange visiting hours too. Nice trail towards and along lake area. Good for animal and bird watching. 1 restroom.
