Fiesta Mazatlan Family Mexican Restaurant, Redmond OR

Normally I have enjoyed my meals here. Although this time wasn't good. I ordered a green chicken enchilada. There was no green enchilada sauce on it. The chicken was dry and hard. Very disappointing. I asked my husband how his chimichanga was. He said that his chicken was hard a dry as well. Nobody came up to check on us to ask how our meal was nor offer more water or ice tea. Nor did they offer us dessert. We won't be going back.

Always great service, yummy food, served quickly and hot. Friendly atmosphere! We love it there and so does our family that all live on Redmond!

Slow service for how slow it was. The food was just ok. Not huge portions like I’m used to at most Mexican restaurants. It was just ok.

Delicious! They must have Margaritas in a pipeline-I"ve never gotten one (ok-maybe 2) so fast! Service was excellent and I love their beans. Lots of kids here and although you could hear them it wasn't overpowering. Recommend!

Fun and convenient fast food Mexican restaurant. Food comes out quick but it is fast food type Mexican food. But we like it. Always friendly, clean and relaxing environment.

I ordered the two taco enchilada plate and was extremely disappointed in the selection. The tacos shells were soaked, soggy and falling apart while the shredded chicken was uncomfortably tough. The same chicken was used in the enchilada which made for a complete bust. The service crew worked hard but it was apparent that they were short staffed. What more can I say than never again at this venue.

I never write reviews. So if I do it's either really bad or good. In this case, BAD BAD BAD. Took my family here, unfortunately the food was AWFUL. I ordered what I usually do, arroz con Pollo. I tried to eat it, but it was disgusting. I did eat the rice on my plate. Ide like to add that I'm not the person who usually complains about my meal. I usually just pay for it even when I don't like it. I finally decided to speak up for myself. The waitress was so rude, she didn't offer to fix it. I asked the lady up front if it was OK to take off the meal since I didn't even eat it. She went to talk to her boss, meanwhile the waitress came up to argue with me and tell me that I had to pay for it. Rudest waitress and person I have met in a long time. After arguing with me, she left. The nice lady at the front told me it was OK, that she would take my meal off. Then the waitress proceeded to come back, and tell me off, telling me to write a review and not to come back. Mind you i still paid for 3 other meals, and a deep fried ice cream. 20.00 for a plate of food I didn't eat, and I was being very polite about it. I was shocked that she treated me this way. We also ordered fried ice cream, which none of us liked, it tasted completely stale. I didn't even ask them to take it off, I paid for it anyway. It's people like this who do not belong in the food industry. DO BETTER.
