I have taken both our cars here to get oil changes in the past and service has been prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. Prices seem fair. Glen, the owner, is willing to reach out to help with matters. I had a problem last spring and Glen reached out and I feel good about doing business there. I recommend them.

On several occasions, the crew at First Lube Plus have bailed me out of "almost emergencies". Thanks for taking great care of my truck, guys!

Was fast oil change only no extras included had to ask to ck trans fluid did fill wiper fluid was ok felt like in out pay go if like no extras it's ok. I have Honda fit it cost me almost 90. Dollars for sinthetic oil four in half quarts.

I came here to pickup and drop off my U-Haul rental and the guy at the counter Sampson was super helpful and made everything a breeze I will definitely be back.

I called this place to get a price quote, and they told me it's this price for the 5 quarts. Then, for the additional quarts, it might be 7.99 or a little more. So I asked what would make it a little more? He then accuses me of being rude because I'm trying to find out what it would cost for an oil change. So I explained to him I'm not trying to be rude I'm just trying to find out what it would cost for an oil change and he says well I can't tell you whether we charge 799 or a little more because you're being rude so again I explained I'm not being rude I'm calling your establishment asking what you charge and you can't look up your price or tell me exactly what you're going to charge and he goes no not until you get here. I will absolutely NOT bring my vehicle here. If that's how you're going to treat customers over the phone, I'd hate to see how you treat them in person.

I changed my car’s oil there twice. First time the oil light started come out and blink around 2000 miles before the next scheduled change. I went there and they said the light hasn’t been reset. Second time I had more than 2500 miles before the next scheduled change and the light started blinking and my car would just shut off. I brought to an authorized dealer and they flushed the system. They warmed me about the cheap oil filetes that was in my car and that the oil was not the one recommended for my car. So I am never bringing my car there again and I regret I have ever brought it to that place.

These people are WONDERFUL! I have been coming here for many years, and they are so helpful, and very fast, and super reasonable. And all of this is for a very good cause! I highly recommend these people! They even have helped me with stuff that is out of their realm. I love their mission!

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I’m glad I chose this spot. It’s definitely going to be my permanent oil change place.

They are fast and if you're in a hurry, these guys won't disappoint. Also, they were to ask to change my cabin air filters inside by my glove box.

I’ve been having my vehicles serviced here for several years. They do a great job, quick easygoing staff, always making sure that my car is taken care of. I appreciate that this business model helps rehabilitate people from being hopeless to having hope and growing. Highly recommend supporting this business so that more people can transfer off the streets.

Fastest oil change I've gotten in my life, friendly staff that didn't try to push anything I didn't ask for. Will be back. Might actually get oil changes on time it was so not stressful.
