3 This company provides bus services for my daughter's school and it is a joke.
They are NEVER on time. Literally not one day the whole year. And they "don't have to alert parents if they are excessively early, only late".
My daughter was dropped off 22 minutes early yesterday. We are a working household where we are not able to sit on the sidewalk for an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon to make sure that my daughter is recieved by an adult.
Very disappointing that we will have to forgo bus services and pay for someone to facilitate our child to and from school everyday because this company is unprofessional and unable to keep even a slight timeline.
The drivers are some of the rudest people I’ve ever met and for no reason at all they just yell and yell
Great job. Good people. They're offering a great bonus for driver new hires.
