Best banking experience here, bummed I no longer live close! Since moving 3 hours away I miss the ease of coming into this branch as everyone was super helpful. I didn't have an apt and they were still able to get me set up with someone to help out my banking needs. Still love banking with First Tech even when i can't easily walk into a branch. Everyone was always helpful from when I needed a new debit card to getting some loan options to help out.
The staff here is always so friendly and efficient! Jimmy was truly amazing!
Worst banks i’ve ever worked with, customer support is non existent, they ask to make appointments and doesn’t follow up on them.
