Words cant explain how safe and content I am here. Sherrie (the property manager) goes above and beyond to make this a safe place and home for me as a resident. I couldn't ask for a better place to live especially during these trying times with the Covid 19 epidemic. She is very educated and dedicated about her job and is on top of any need I have. I love this place and couldn't ask for better, the property is up kept and beautiful plus great maintenance.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! The manager plays favorites and moves in her drug rowdy friends. They will take all of your deposit and charge you extra on top of it. I lived there for 13 yrs and they are saying I owe 1520. And that is after all my deposits. Corporate does nothing to help out, all they want is money and make living there like hell. Go elsewhere, there are way better places with actual amenities and a manager that actuslly cares.

Love going to the office during business hours to be yelled at, for knocking then walking into the office area where the manger is, who is supposed to be helpful and nice. Nope felt like I was a employe who screwed up. Very upset, I pay to live here the least they could do is treat me with respect. More and more looking for a new place.

Do NOT rent from these people! They are completely shady and underhanded i.e, asking for additional deposits after your deposits have been paid fully and you have been there more than a year. They are always making up reasons to charge people additional fees. It’s a miserable place to live and the management is super shady! The rent is outrageous for what you end up with. The management also decided to have people’s cars towed if their tags were expired and they didn’t move their cars! They know the incredible costs involved with moving and know full well that they can pretty much do anything they want, because people can’t afford to move. They also turn the water off fairly regularly for up to 8 hours a day because their sewer system is so bad and constantly having to be “fixed”! Toilets are constantly becoming clogged and the drains never drain appropriately-there is always stagnant water left standing in sinks, bathtub. There is also a massive mice infestation! Take my advice and take your money elsewhere, as these people are the absolute worst!

Lets see there is no high speed internet unless you pay for it, the 2 bedrooms have balconies but only the bottom apartments. We are getting a new manager that doesn't have the experience with peaple and won't be living on sight which is very stupid, 79 units, this place will go to hell without management living here. The price of these apartments are way to high $950.00 for a 2 bedroom, no play ground for kids no pool no nothing. Im noticing that peaple are starting to move out. There are alot better deals than this place peaple.

We had a great manager, she was replaced and is now assistant manager. Well cambridge hired another person as manager she knows nothing about peaple or how to handle them, according to her peaple who live above you can make all the noise they want in the daytime. It says in the lease if peaple are loud above you to the point that its bothering you they need to stop. So the new manager knows nothing about what the lease says. She won't last long.

My wife and son we're moving in and needed a place quickly. They constantly to changed the date on us from 2 weeks to 4, to 6, all for tile, carpet and paint. There is constant noise, kids under 5 running around without parents, and kids above 5 beating each other up and causing problems. A teenager picked on my 5 year old son and broke his scooter. The parent didn't care about it. The management are greedy and maintenance takes forever to show up only to half ass and need to repair it again. Do NOT go here!
