I tried to order a gift for a friend, the money was debited, the order was canceled. I've been waiting for a refund for over a week now. Terrible store.

Awesome! Customer service is top notch. I showed up at their door, not realizing they are strictly on line sales. As a Canadian visiting the area, I didn't have cell service or wifi, Haibin immediately let me in, sat me in front of his computer and let me make an account and order anything I wanted. I didn't want much, but everything I wanted was in stock and the pricing was definitely within reason, if not better than the big box store down the road. 5 mins later I was handed my purchase.
One thing to note; Their system wouldn't take a Canadian address, so unable to ship there. Upon learning this, Haibin promised to change that and gave me his email and asked me to follow up on it to ensure we can order from him.
Like I said, great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable, fair pricing and good inventory.
Will be shopping here again, and having items shipped to Canada.

I'm always hesitant ordering rods online, but the particular model I was looking for was only available here. Rod arrived safely and well packaged inside a rigid tube. One of the best shipping jobs I've seen on a rod. I would absolutely order from Fish-Field again, they are going above and beyond on how they are shipping your rod. Its not indestructible, but its a heck of a lot better than the packaging most places use. Thanks!
