I give it a 4 star because the place is great, lots of options for fishing camping and some crabbing, but the service sucks. There is like no one around, you half to hunt them down to get help.

Got a reel filled up with new line at the bulk fill counter, great customer service at Oregon city. Selection is LARGE getting overwhelmed can happen. I don't see any junk merchandise here.

New to the hobby and bought a bait caster that unfortunately didn’t go well. Switched over from a bait caster rod and reel to a spinning rod and reel. They let me exchange the entire set up and helped me pick out a new spinning set just in time for fall coho. Mike at the back counter helped me out the entire way and is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Will be returning and supporting this local business anytime I need fishing supplies!

This is a serious candy store for fishing, hunting, boating enthusiasts. They seem to be way more comprehensive than the other local sports stores.

The store is ALWAYS super clean and organized and that's something I love about it, they have a killer selection of every outdoor thing you'd probably need. From kayaking to archery hunting, this is a go to store. Staff is always helpful too!

Excellent Customer service when we had to return some camp chairs. They were too bi% for our car space. Also excellent help / advice helping us select camping cuts and sleeping bags. Reasonable prices too. Thank you!

Oh they had a big sale on the sidewalk with tents and stuff it's Friday July and looking at chairs found one we liked and went over to Coastal to see what they had and they had the same thing with a little bit more money so we came back in the one that was left was gone but there was one more in the basement otherwise are pretty well cleaned out of almost every sale chair so not the best for an experience maybe they could have talked more but overall this store is pretty well decent.

Great place to shop for your sporting goods need. Good prices on gear and gray selection. They usually have sales every month so if you pay attention you can get some gear on the cheap.

What an awesome store! This is like a toy store for all things that i find fun outside. Great quality clothes, fishing gear, and full gun shop makes this a one stop fun stop. The service is great and we were greeted at the door and asked if we needed any assistance by every employee that we came across. Great place!

Horrible customer service, probably because of the horrible customers like you coming in and with a piss poor attitude. Few nice folks, the rest are a pain in the ass.

Not the cheapest. But when there's a sale it's a smoking deal. Got my tru glo red dot for 30$ on sale originally $75! Staff is well informed at the gun counter. Girls at register are usually rude. So I have to give a 4 star instead of 5

Was looking on website to try and veiw firearms to see if I wanted to come down or not. Do you no longer sale firearms or just playing a dumb political correct game? A serch of site finds 0 results. Guess its back to Northwest Firearms. I can veiw all of theur mechandise online.

The staff is always helpful and willing to answer any questions you might have. Their selection of rods can be hit or miss depending on the fishing season otherwise it would be all 5 stars.

Great place for all your hunting and fishing and camping and well just all your outdoor stuff that you could ever want in the northwest. Always watch their sales that's when you get the best deals.

I picked up the wrong reel on one of their sales. Lost my receipt and needed to do an exchange. Not only were they happy to help, but they even replaced the line. Customer service "10"!
