If you're looking for honest people look no further. Took my pellet insert door in for a new gasket and after they took a look was told that it was fine and to save my money, Also needed a cap for the insert vent pipe as the original on was a real rinky-dink job and they sent me to Umpqua Sheet Metal to get the old one modified. They didn't make money from my visit but they earned an excellent rating as well as a future customer.
