Matthew g was a great person to interact with while ordering! My son and I loved the burger we split. Didn’t take a before pic but here is the aftermath of the yumminess

Don't use the reorder button from the recent order page in the app. You won't get any of the condiments you chose in that recent order. I was very disappointed with a dry bun, burger patty, bacon and cheese. That is definitely not what I have ever ordered. And BTW, there wasn't one clean table in the dining room.

Seriously walked in and one of the girls was eating behind the counter. Her gloves actually touched her mouth and she did nothing about it. So my family and I walked and turned around. Super sad I love their burgers and fries, but definitely won't hit that location up!

Don’t order food delivered. Just paid over $7 for a large fry to share with a group and the cup was 1/3 full and a few fries in the bag. Waste of money!

Paid over 20 dollars, the burgers were not hot, the grilled mushrooms were cold, and the grilled onions were warm. We paid 10.49 for the large burger that was so small we thought it was the little burger that was half the cost, and one burger leftnoff half the free stuff. I will not go back and suggest you don't go there either.

When you're in the mood for Five Guys this is the one to visit. Probably not the healthiest meal and kind of expensive.but there's nothing else quite like it. Satisfying!

The girl that took my order completely ignored me when I said I want the meal/drink & fries 2 times!
Lol guess they don’t do meals. Just add fries & drink.
I guess I was raised on a different planet when someone can’t understand meal being fries & a drink
Then I paid damn near 10$ for just the burger!

I walked in to pick up my online order and no one greeted me or said anything to me. I stood there and no one came to the register, a few people looked at me and continued working. So I approached the manager who was working wearing a black shirt and asked where I was supposed to go for an online order. Either he is deaf or he just ignored me. The worker next to him awkwardly stepped in to help me. As a manager in the service industry as well, I understand the situation of being under staffed and over worked 100% but making your customers feel like they're an inconvenience to you is not the way. I love Five Guys and I used to work at one so I will just make sure to go to a different location next time. 2 stars because the food was good.

Who doesn't love Five Guys? Love that I can get all the toppings I want. Sometimes I get it numbers by less and in a bowl. Burgers are juicy. The Cajun fries are plentiful, as a family of 4 we can share a large. And milkshakes are a nice treat!

Seems as they use good ingredients there for cooking their products. Advertising was about it:) Therefore cheeseburger was tasty, potatoes were crunchy. Chocolate milkshake was too sweet for my taste. And our intestines felt nice after the dinner. This is a good sign!

Super good! I haven't had a Five Guys burger in three years. Was so very glad it was this location. Perfect burger and fries! My dining companion was a FG newbie, but loved every bite! Will be back!

Food and service was very good. Hot and fresh. Easy exit to get off and back on even with 3/4ton pulling a trailer/a 3/4 ton on top.

Heard about Five Guys from the How I Built This podcast. Loved it! I got all the toppings. My only regret is not getting a larger fry to share!

Been here twice. Ordering takes forever because they have one register and it doubles for phone orders. There are literally five guys standing around doing nothing because of the back up at the register. And check your order. But two stars because the fries are really good.

Ordered online and while I was waiting for my fries 2 of the male staff and the one female staff were cussing up a storm. I watched the female staff assembling another persons order touch her mask and face and continue to make orders. To know surprise when I got home and bit into my burger there was a long females hair stuck.
Called the manager Luke who clearly is not ready to be a manager informed me he allows his staff to talk freely and he would have the female pull her hair back tighter.

Food was good but the place wasn't very clean and the bathroom was disgusting. For what it costs to get a burger there. I won't go back to that location again.
