Five Guys, Medford OR

Upbeat greeting when we walked in! A sense of humor as they described their menu and helped us order. Great food!

The staff here should be the bar at which every restaurant should operate! What an experience!

This is my son's favorite restaurant. The staff are always super sweet and nice to him, make him what he calls "The Best Grilled Cheese On Earth, " and THE FRIES, MAN! THE FRIES!

Great servers, fast and friendly, food was delicious! The lady who took our orders was the BEST!

I have been to many 5 guys in my time from all over the states and this place was far from the quality I am used to. The fries were extremely greasy and lacked seasoning for sure! I ordered bacon on my burger and didn't get it! When I found out once I got home it was too late to go back. Not to mention my bun was literally mush because of how greasy and wet everything was. I absolutely will never return to this location.

Burgers are good but are very greasy. The French fries are also very greasy. If you order to go. The brown bags they put the order in get so saturated with grease that they almost fall apart before you get your meal home

*Edit 07/2023: Have dined here individually and with family many times since the first review and felt it necessary to remove a star because of service and a change in the volume of fries they provide. When the location first opened they provided "nearly a bag" of fries when ordering a large ~ almost too many fries. The large is about a 20oz cup but they overfill it (this has been fairly standard with Five Guys across the country) for just over $6 but the last several times at this location when we ordered a large fry they only provided their 20oz cup but it was only 3/4 full. I understand Covid has changed some things and costs go up but, geez, at least fill the cup because that's what we pay for.

Great place employees are awesome and the service was impressive. Very clean I will be a return customer.

Visiting from out of state, was craving a bacon cheeseburger from Five Guys the most. Of course they charge me and leave off the bacon, and I wasn't about to drive all the way back. They lost their magic. The appeal is fine. Definitely 1 star for the waste of time and messing up my order. A simple quality check would have caught it, they weren't that busy.

I was welcomed upon entering and the establishment was very clean. Food came out fast and was delicious

Another quick burger place. Limited menu, ok pricing, yucky American cheese. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

If it weren’t for y’all lead guy, everyone would still be standing around. Fries could have been cooked better but other than that, seasoning and burger good!

The place was crowded but the line went fast and I was surprised as the food came out fairly quickly. We found an empty clean table as they were keeping up cleaning tables as customers departed. Burgers were great and as usual, more fries than a person can eat! I will stop again when passing through.

Amazing customer service. When I was there there were in fact 5 guys working all doing a great job. Food was very good, and location is very convenient.

I visited on 3/13/23 at about 2pm, and had a little, all the way, no mushrooms BUT mega extra pickles. A gentleman named John assembled my order. He looked trepidatious about how many pickles he was putting on, that it was thicker than the hamburger patty. I assured him that it was what I wanted.
This was the first time in my life that a commercial establishment has put enough pickles on for me! Thank you!

Wow, if there is a question of what to eat, our top three choices includes 5-Guys every time.
