We are so happy with our house and the newly painted exterior! Adam was great to work with and his team did an excellent job! They were neat, timely and just did an amazing job on the trim and main colors! I would use them again and highly recommend Five Star!

Adam was very professional, patient (with my many questions) and detailed in his bid and explanations for painting the exterior of my house. The price was very competitive. Crew was respectful, clean, and thorough. They even moved/put back patio furniture. I highly recommend them.

They did a fantastic job on my house! Adam went over everything in the contract with me before the job started and made sure all the little details were squared away when the job was done. We had to reschedule the job twice because the contractors working on other projects didn’t finish on time. Adam was really patient and accommodating and had a crew on site to start work as the other contractor finished up installing trim and replacing rotten siding. The crew worked really hard and kept their work area tidy and cleaned up before they left each day. They were polite and so careful to make sure they got everything just right. I’m really grateful for the beautiful job they did. My house looks brand new!

We got a late start on reaching out to local painting contractors here in Bend to get our Exterior house repainted. We relied on Yelp and Nextdoor reviews, and finally ended up with 4 contractors, with 3 being smaller and one being the larger more well known painting contractor here in Bend.
We reached out to all 4 at the same time, and Five Start not only responded first, but they were the first to even set up time to provide us with an estimate. And to put into perspective, our house is now fully painted, yet we would have just only been receiving an estimate from the largest company had we even waited that long for them to come out to give us an estimate.
Adam met with us, gave us great confidence that our home wouldn't be too difficult (even though it is a 2 story), and assured us his painting crew knew what they'd be doing.
Within a day after meeting with us to survey the house, we had our estimate. We met with another smaller contractor, and their estimate was over 25% higher. Had Five Star not received great recommendations/reviews on Nextdoor, we would have been nervous to go with Five Star thinking something must be wrong given their lower price. But in the end, we signed the contract with Five Star.
In our mind, we thought we might have to wait until the end of August to get the house painted given our late start, but Adam had an opening in their schedule, and so we jumped at the chance to have them come out.
I want to say that his crew, headed by Jose, was A+. First day they came out and power-washed the house. Second Day they prepped (and it was incredible the amount of caulking and sanding they performed), third day they painted, and fourth Day they finished.
We were nervous going from a much darker color scheme house to that of a lighter, but Adam insisted that the new Warm Neutral colors would easily cover up the previous darker colors by using the Sherwin Williams Duration paint. And that is exactly what happened. No worries in the end as the house looks beautiful.
So in the end, if you decide to go with Five Star, I feel confident that you'll also equally conclude that their price is fantastic compared to other companies, while at the same time getting an amazing paint job. We also want to point out that their warranty was a selling point to go with them, as another contractor's warranty covered 50% less time.

We decided to use 5-Star Painting after a serious and unprofessional run-in with another painter in town. We are so glad we chose 5-Star! They are really worth the 5 stars! Every single person we dealt with from the estimator to the company owner were very professional but easy to talk with. The painting team we had at our home were experts! The home and shop looked so fabulous when they were done! We would certainly use them again and would recommend them to everyone who wants a quality painting job and experience!

We have used Five Star for both interior painting and most recently our deck. Their quality of workmanship and attention to detail results in a beautiful finished product! They always clean up each day and do a thorough walk thru upon completion to ensure we were happy and satisfied with the job! Pat, Adam and crew checked all the boxes. I scheduled an appt on Thursday, Adam was out on Friday and provided an estimate the same day. The pricing was fair and they could start quickly. The following day their pressure wash crew was out and they started painting that Monday and finished Tuesday. The crew was polite, on-time and they cleaned up after themselves. A very competitive price, a thorough detailing of the job on paper before the fact, careful cleaning of the house before painting, an skilled, efficient team of four experienced painters who finished the job in two days, an after-action walk through with “the boss” to identify small areas needing final attention—I doubt if you can find a better company to trust your home to. Pat and his crew repainted our entire house in 4.5 days and did a phenomenal job for a fair price. Very satisfied with the quality of the work. Paint was laid on nice and thick and they didn't skimp on the prep work. Pat was the only painter out of the 6 quotes we received who pointed out issues with our siding and offered solutions. No one else even noticed, or if they did they failed to mention it. I feel like we added an easy 30k to the value of our home for a fraction of the price.
