2 We recently ordered, paid for and had delivered 'Our Dream Home', the place we would retire. After many delays, and price changes, we finally got our new home. IT WAS THE WRONG HOUSE! In short, what we got was not we ordered. There were many downgrades (we paid for the up[grades, there were many errors, deficiencies, and there was just plain poor craftsmanship. The HVAC is nonfunctional, the floor is bubbling, the cabinets are crooked, there are exposed nails, and the list goes on.
In short, buy someplace else!
They must contract out the set up of the home. It takes weeks to even start connecting the two halves. That's one crew, one crew to work on inside afterwards.then another crew to lay carpeting. Still waiting. Please work on scheduling issues and be more prompt for your customers!
