FloForm Countertops Portland

We are fuming mad with this company. They didn't call ahead as stated in our contract for the 2 prep meetings for countertop install, and now - after we have fully prepped our kitchen which includes disconnecting our sink and moving appliances, they call just hours before install to say they CANCEL! This is so upsetting as we spent THOUSANDS ON THIS PROJECT.

So great to work with! Denae was always quick to respond and so helpful! We love our countertops! The installers did such a great job and were so nice. They are beautiful!

I admittedly had a huge struggle at first with this company. It took so long to get my project underway, as I was told that templater's were on vacation so it took them almost a month to even get my templating done. Then almost another month to get my countertops actually installed. And, on the ate of install, I get a call saying, "Sorry, your countertops were delivered with a scratch" and we cannot install them today. So, another weeks wait, and finally they were installed. They look great and I feel like the install was done very well.

So, with all the timing issues and delay's, why the 5 star rating? Because they made it right by compensating me for my time and were understanding about the frustration of being without a kitchen for so long. Often things are out of the control of a company, but I'll always respect a company that, even if it was out of their control, seeks to make things right with the customer. I do recommend this company with full confidence.

A bit of rock dust on the new cabinets and nearby, but over all a good experience.

There were delays on both sides before countertop was measured. Then the person came to measure the area, then my work order was cancelled by them because they weren't sure of the strength of my cupboards. Much ado about nothing.

Lovely install job. I needed to match some existing countertops and they are exact. You'd never know they didn't go in at the same time

They arrived timely, worked as clean as they could, cleaned up when finished and were very pleasant men. I felt very comfortable with them and the finished product!

Great company.and we like the workmanship quality, quartz product quality and overall performance They made the first visit and measured our three peice countertop with a special toll. A couple weeks later they showed up and installed the countertop. They under-mounted our sink and added a single hole for our faucet. They even added a mounting bracket for our dishwasher. Our other contractor was impressed by with the mounted dishwasher bracket. You must look very hard to barely see a seam due to a long counter section. We still need to add a glass tile back splash or I would add photo's now. So look for an addition review with photo's. Very happy with the whole affair.

The company was very professional that installed my countertops. The quality of the workmanship in cutting and blending the seams was wonderful.

Great communication with setting up measurement and install appointments. My installer was timely, friendly, efficient, and professional. Did a great job with the counter tops and even secured my dishwasher in place and helped with the sink faucet install. Would definitely recommend this company for your countertop needs

Installers were all great! Good attitudes, fast and friendly. Made sure everything went in correctly and made it a point to make the counters as seamless as possible. Amazing job!

On time, efficient, careful of freshly painted cabinets, and cleaned up any mess that was made. Our countertops are sweet!

Everyone was great and arrived on the day/time scheduled. The installers were amazing. Took their time and made sure that the job was done right. Makhail was super friendly and helpful. I really can't give him enough praise. Chase (the tile guy) was also great. I would rank the entire team at top notch and would highly recommend FloForm.

5 stars is not true. It could be. Let's see of they come back to fix at least 4 of the 7 mistakes. So far they only agreed to 2. Stay tuned.
They did not fix 1 error. Made excuses all they way. I had to let it go because it was causing me so much stress. Do not recommend ordering counters thru Lowes. A 15 year old with zero experience could do a better job. This subcontracted job from Lowes proved to be a nightmare. But if not for everyone having an LLC and pointing the finger at each other I would have the energy to have the job done correctly. After 9 months however, I give. I'm too old for this and life is short.

I had ordered countertops thru Lowe's who unfortunately contracts with FloForm. The Beaverton staff was rude and placed me on hold for over 10 minutes when I returned their phone call. The office staff did not know of the new technology I am installing in my home and instead of FloForm finding out information about the manufacturer and the warranty they blew me off and my business. I guess they have too many paying customers to care about customer service. The worst.
