We really love our new Smart Strand carpet by Mohawk. The installers were so very respectful and kind. They really knew what they were doing and very good. We couldn't be happier with what they accomplished. We also purchased the new soniclean vacuum to take care of it properly. THANK YOU GUYS!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. May be a little more expensive, but well worth it for the quality products, professionalism of the installers, and the more personalized help to assist in picking out products.

Used FBD twice the last couple years for a carpet and a floor job. I worked through John on both projects and he was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He walked us through everything, was very thorough and gave very detailed and competitive bids. JD and Dornath were the installers on both jobs and these guys are masters of their craft. They were very efficient, professional and obviously very proud of their company. This is a top notch outfit that treats their employees very well and is worth every penny. I only wish they did dentistry and car repair, I'd go with them for that too. ;-)

Best place to get your flooring hands down. Definitely beats any box store. Really great customer service and very accommodating. We purchased both vinyl and carpet flooring. Quick turn around times for product delivery and installation. Kudos to John for going above and beyond our needs. Thank you!

We are extremely pleased with our experience! From taking home samples to choosing the carpet and having it installed the service was top notch. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. Floors by Design was recommended to us by a family member and I definitely will recommend them to others!

There are only three places to get carpet in Roseburg. We went to Floors by Design first and found that NO one was wearing a mask, oh.wait, we were. This told us that if no one cared enough to wear a mask in there show room and offices (plus workers coming and going) then they wouldn't care when installing or writing up an estimate for carpet. We walked out.

I am very pleased with the level of service and professionalism I experienced here. After getting our in home estimate, they were super helpful as we refined our order and changed out products until we arrived at what we wanted for our home. We are very happy with the final product and the quality of the installation. They were very quick, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up so we could get right to moving furniture back in. We did look around town searching for flooring products and found that we could easily find flooring products at other stores. We chose Floors By Design because we felt like their customer service better met our expectations. When we showed interest in getting a quote for our project, an appointment to make the measurements was done very quickly. The estimate we received was very nicely presented, with great attention to every detail. It took us several attempts to find the perfect color. We never felt pressured to make a quick decision. When we finally made our flooring selections they promptly ordered the product and scheduled the installation dates. The installation team was very efficient and took less time than we expected. We are very pleased with the attention to detail during the whole installation process. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way. We love our new flooring, we were very impressed with Floors By Design from our first impressions walking into the showroom to the final result of our beautiful new flooring.
