I received quick, knowledgeable and friendly customer service. They had a wide variety of well displayed quality options, from very affordable to very good quality medicinal cannabis. They also had good THC percentage options with a variety of sativa/hybrid/indica options for each quality of tier. Their prices are great, their selection is great and the medicine I bought here was very helpful with preventing my back spasms and with allowing me to get better sleep, all glory and thanks of course to God, the true provider and healer.

So I visited this store often, but they can’t get the web orders under control. They’ve told me to call to to tell them the order is real. Ok did that. Get there no order. Thank god I got the person I talked to on the phone. I think they should try and get new help that follows the rules. Also the way they treat customers isn’t that nice. I miss the old manager and the way she ran the store.

You know when you want to save money so you eat fast food, but instantly regret it plus get diarrhea? That is the best analogy I could give Floyd’s. I didn’t save money I wasted it because all their flower is old and dry as hell. Lesson reminded you get what you pay for.

Came into Floyd’s and was helped by the amazing budtender Arden. I was greeting with a beautiful singing voice and a bubbling personality. Will be back. Tell your friends.

Read all! (If you smoke as much as I do and actually get benefits from THC as well as CBD then there's no other place to go but Floyd's. Hands down, the best dispensary in All of Portland and Oregon for that matter. Love this place!)

What a difference time makes! When I moved back to Portland five years ago I was in love with this place. Last night I bought 3 dollar joints that were supposed to be 28% THC and what I got was far from it. First of all I had to empty every joint to deseed it. I found 11 seeds and the weed was dryer than Arizona in the summer. Totally false advertising and I caught you guys. Seriously, How greedy are you!? You do realize that the people who shop in your store are for the most part on a fixed income and you still take advantage!? Well wrong move guys because you're time is coming

So I went to this location because it said they were still open until 10. I showed up 5 to 10 and the guy already closed the store and standing in their smiling at me bad form.

Always great deals @ this place - a true gem and the perfect place to go for an extract a for just one of those days

I've come here several times and the service was great when the black folks were behind the counter. The last 2 times I went here, however, I had to stand there and wait for 10 minutes just to get in (only 1 customer and 2 employees, both white), then I had to wait in line for another 10 minutes while 1 employee helped someone who talked and talked and talked, taking her own sweet time, while the other woman just walked around with bud jars. I even said, "I only want one thing, Drops, " and they ignored me, so I left. There is so much competition out there, you'd think the people behind the counter would take note and act with just a little more urgency, but no. And the one walking around doing nothing was a total b**** (visited 09/28/23 @ about 2: 15 pm). Never going back, not worth it.

I would not come here. The prices are cheap but you are not met with good service or weed. I paid alot for 2 oz and received only shake not a single bud.

I have been coming here for about 5 years and have gotten good stuff for a reasonable price. The last few times the product has been not so good. Yesterday I went for a specific strain that was on their site. It was all shake so I didn't get that. Then I picked out something else which looked passable. Got home and realized it was harvested in October 2020! I'm sure it was good when it was fresh. I'll probably go elsewhere in the future.

Haven't been to this location in over 2 years! Normally the selection is pretty solid but the selection was limited and the quality was below par then what I was used to getting in the past. When I checked the test date it was over 3 years old! I really hope y'all get some better quality and a wider selection too for people on a budget.

Have ordered online twice, and had my order messed up both times. This time, they only gave me 1/8 when the order was for 1/4, and I even said I wanted 1/4, but the budtender didn't confirm the order when we were checking out and I didn't catch the mistake. I immediately went back in to get the other 1/8, and the manager wanted me to go back through the line again (which was even longer than when I arrived) so I walked out. Last time, they gave me a strain I didn't order so I had to go back to get the strain I originally ordered, which I of course still had to pay for. I won't be ordering from them or visiting again.

The product is okay, the prices are good, the problem is because of their poor inventory management I have to go somewhere else. With so many choices in the greater Portland area YOU NEED TO HAVE ADEQUATE SUPPLY!
I will be going elsewhere from now on.
