Flying J Travel Center, Aurora OR

Store was clean and the shelves were stocked. Love the cinnabon items too! Nice variety of fresh fruit to fresh-ish sandwiches. And wide selection of things to drink. Easy access from the freeway and there's a great food truck right across the street.

I wanted to have shower but i was reject cause they have policy where said only CDL can have access to shower. I asked show me policy where it write and again was rejected. Awful service!

Does not allow you to park overnight. We were trying to make it home but had 3 more hours ahead of us and were simply too tired to drive safely anymore, so we pulled in for the night (at about 12: 30am). At 4: 30 someone went around to all the cars and banged on their windows with a flashlight yelling for them to leave. Nice to know that an empty parking lot is more important to them than our business in the morning, or helping people keep from driving when they're exhausted.

It was clean, the staff was very helpful and there was a short waite. For the showers that had plenty of hot water.

So I spend 30 to 40 dollars in gas a day for the last week or 2 at this pilot! Well I travel for work! I run my own business working different events across the country! I rely on truck stops so I can take a shower when traveling through different places across the country! My brother even works for pilot in Indiana! Today I come into the store to get gas and I need a shower! So I go to purchase a shower and they tell me it’s for cdl drivers only! Well to me I feel I was discrimated against with how let alone not just an employee but a manager 2! I told him I travel for work and pay taxes! I am just not a bum needed a shower and he then argues with me and says that they don’t have enough showers and that 6 people were waiting! Well they lost my business and I will ever ever go back to try is pilot! I went across the street and got my 50 dollars in gas and a shower from them! If you are offering a paid service then everyone should access to this unless it’s a perk for like a club or a membership service! I even talked ta travel center across the street and they said truckers have even came to them to get a shower 2 cause they discrimated against them and said they couldn’t get a shower either! Yeah the customer service is horrible at this pilot and unless you want to be judged from your skin color or the way you look don’t go here!

Stopped by August 14,2023 at 10: 30 am. Soda was flat. Didn't have time to wait for them to change the CO2 tank. I like the self-serve registers because they take spare coins. Unloaded over $3 of heavy spare change there for sour gummy bears and better gas mileage! Of note, there's no traffic light at the off-ramp from northbound I-5, so traffic at that intersection sucks. Will probably not stop here again, especially if northbound.

Overnight parking is prohibited. Expedite vans are not welcome.
Be prepared to wake up at 4AM because of knocking on your door.

Has a specific area for RVs to gas up and dump sewer and get propane.

Lots of room here for regular cars, trucks and RVs.

I'm a traveler and I've been going here for years for decent food and a shower, suddenly now they won't offer showers to anyone else but cdl holders. Idk if the cashier was just being ignorant because I've used this same truck stop for years to shower at when I'm in the are or if its a new policy but either way its a total disservice to a paying customer. Either way, cdl or not, if I'm a paying customer I shouldn't be profiled and exempted for using a service. Complete waste of time.

Decently clean for the area. Showers are a good size and wait wasn't long. Bathrooms were not cleaned overnight and pumice soap was out for two days. Employees were friendly though and hot foods were stocked. There is a Subway on site. Truck parking lot gets packed. Update, still no regular bathroom cleaning and only self checkout at night. Unless you can convince an employee to help you. No fountain cups available. Nothing like a bunch of tired people at 3am trying to process self checkout.

I have been to toooo many pilots in all around the us, this the only location they are rude and disrespectful, not helpful, I asked for shower they said only truckers, but I have been into manyyy pilots all around the us, I never never been asked for cdl, that’s just not right and even tho u should give ur customer an education not calling the pow pow ur low level cashiers are just extremely rude I’m talking about the white girl thick

This flying j sells renewable diesel! Huge win. My truck doesn't smoke at all when I run this. Bathrooms were clean. The Cinnabon is impossible to pass up.

As a traveller the set up here was a bit strange to fill up with gas. I chose to pay with cash and had to go into the service area and choose (and guess!) the amount of fuel I needed. It was a rental so had no idea how much it would take to fill up. Bonus was that it was cheapest I’ve seen. Plenty of options for food and refreshments in the service area. I didn’t use the restroom but my wife said they were average.

Once upon a time, Flying J was very RV friendly. They had free dump stations and water and anything you might need. Now they charge for dumping and don't have fresh water. Today they couldn't even sell me propane because they don't staff anybody on weekends to do that. What a joke. This is why I don't go here unless I absolutely have to.

If i can i would not give them any stars. The cinnamon roll place doesn't do anything that you asked them for. I asked them for a too box cinnamon roll and they gave too boxes with cinnamon rolls when i sad i won't the one box with too cinnamon rolls. And the place is filthy. And so on

Stop using the store at night, manager in charge is too lazy and won't hire a cashier or refuses to help customers. They got checkout machines and want drivers to do their job. Drivers we need to demand customer service. I'm sick of these stores taking us for granted. We spent too much money to be treated this way. Need to contact corporate office and let them know about this truck stop.

Really nice truck stop. They have a lot of food options like Subway, Cinnabon and a hot case with pizza. Coffees and fountain drinks are available there too. My orange vanilla icee was really good. Good place to stop while on a road trip. There are food carts across the street.

Only 2 fuel islands open, because apparently they let truckers park and sleep in them. This was at 4a.m. On May 26th. The girl finally came out and made them move after complaints were made. Have run into so many parking issues at night at flying J because they don't inforce reserve parking consistently
