Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse, Portland OR

We arrived a little late on a Wednesday and put our name in. Originally they said it might take an hour and the place was super busy. We grabbed drinks at the bar and they got us seated in about twenty minutes. The hosts were very friendly, the waiter was great, and the food was amazing. Definitely had a great experience. 10/10

Meat was a little under seasoned. Wish it would come out a little quicker. There were some fruit flies in the salad bar and buzzing by my table.

So much delicious food! Great service! Must visit. My favorite was the garlic steak and the parmesan combo (pork) AMAZING! Will come back for sure.

Very good variety and quality of meats, awkward service. $54 per person (in 2018). A great place to try a large assortment of delicious grilled lamb, beef, chicken, pork, etc.brought right to your table. The “market bar” was nicely stocked with plenty of salad and sides. The servers were weirdly reserved, not especially friendly or welcoming, though they did their job just fine. Some of it was apparently language barrier. I would return occasionally.

Best food I have ever had! I highly recommend coming here. We went early afternoon on a Sunday and had no problem getting a table. The food was wonderful. My favorite was the Parmesan crusted pork tenderloin or the bacon wrapped chicken and the rib eye. Everything was wonderful! Thank you!

Everyone was amazing, attentive and made my family feel welcome. All you can eat salad bar with all you can eat meats- 28.00 a person. Different types of salads, fruits like papaya and pineapple.lamb, sirloin steaks, garlic pork chops, best cuts etc. Brazilian steakhouse. Kid friendly. Dress up, reservations. Parking garage available with in walking distance. Definitely going again.

First time experiencing with a group of friends and didn't know what to expect. First, we would be hard pressed to find service like this anywhere else. The staff was impeccable attending to every need as well as being warm and hospitable. We purchased the meat experience and all was so delicious. The lamb steak and lamb chops were our favorite, as well as their specialty of Brazil the Picanha. At the end of the meal, the manager gave us a tour of the kitchen from the viewing window and explained how the meat was prepared. Did you know that the servers of the meat, butcher, prepare and cook what they serve? So impressive! The salad bar was beautiful with fresh veggies, fruits and meats, but took the back burner to the meats and what truly is the main event. We will be back and want to try the Seafood Experience and Dry Aged Tomahawk Steak experience. Thank you!

Didn't know what to expect coming here but the food was delicious and the service and staff were awesome. All I did was the meats which were nothing short of delicious and full of flavor however, my favorite was definitely the lamb. They also have a salad bar which looked beautiful. I however had my eye on the meat. Back to the staff; they were very friendly and helpful along with being super attentive. My purse had fallen off my chair and before I knew it one of the staff had came to pick it up for me and put it back. Small, but it was good to know they take care of their customers. I cant wait to come back here.

Delicious meets, servers come and go non-stop with fresh off the grill meat pieces.

Was here during the weekend and the ambience was way too loud. Made it impossible to speak to the person sitting right in front of me.

The food was good and so was the service. Kind of expensive for what you get. Then again most places in downtown Portland are that way.

Fantastic cuts, great service, especially a server named Bam. I think he deserves a promotion. Thanks for a great evening.

Five stars would have been achievable if our table of fifteen people wouldn’t have been constantly left sitting, waiting for food and drinks. The place has 1/3 full and we had nothing but exceptional experiences beforehand. We eat here about three times a year with large groups only. I witnessed three groups of people getting up to find a worker to get a drink refill.

Horrible customer service. On August 23 we went out for a friends birthday when I asked a manager for a specific meat chicken hearts one manger said they dont have that anymore but when I later asked another manger was working he got some out to us.the next day I called Steve and when I got to talk to him he was super rude to me saying the manger must of not liked you. I would never step foot in the place again.

Really good food. However, make sure not to overdo it on the market table thing (salad bar essentially). Their papaya dessert was also delicious especially with the black currant liquor on top.

Awesome place! My favorite meat was the house special picahna. It was perfectly seasoned and very tender. Would definitely come back. Great service as well.

Kinda huge.service touch and go at first it was attentive the our server clock out and so did everything but the meat service. It was ok good for large groups who wanna taste many meats that are ok

Recently came here for a birthday celebration and everything was delicious. The service was excellent and felt like they went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Nice setting, friendly staff and delicious food, what more could we ask for! Definitely recommend to others to get the full experience and don’t forget the chocolate lava cake for dessert! Yum!

Great experience at Fogo de Chão Portland! Everybody was friendly and quick with our orders! The meats were cooked to perfection, my favorite are the delicious steaks! The chefs never stop coming. Also I tried Guarana, the Brazilian soda and it is yummy! My kids loved the Lava cake for desserts. The restaurant is neat and clean. Will definitely be going back again!

Very good food but charged $75 for corkage on first bottle them $25 on second. What a ripoff. Will never go back. Veep unhappy. I have never been been charged that much. Been all over the world. What a ripoff.meat very salty. Order coffee three times never came finally talled to manager to bring the coffee.

What an experience. We went just to give it a try and were blown away. It was great to get to try so many different meats and eat as much as we'd like. And to have ever bite be fresh and hot! Also really enjoyed the Brazilian cocktails.
