Asian markets are a lot like fingerprints. At first glance you might think they are all in someways the same yet they are all completely unique and individual with whorls and twists that can be a little daunting at first, but endlessly exciting.

Worth traveling long distances for a particular establishment that carries specific things that cannot be found anywhere else. The Food Depot has, an innocuous name that the belies the treasures that lie within. It is an interesting place, a kind of cross between Costco and Whole Foods with a littleAsian paradise thrown in. I have never been in an Asian market quite like it.

I love Asian markets, I love exploring them, wandering the aisles, finding not only my regular, go to items, but new and interesting things that I can explore and experiment with. The food depot has bulk items that you can buy from bins, quite similar to the experience from Whole Foods. It is unique in my Asian market experience. It also has an area in the back where you can buy massive amounts of Asian ingredients in large bulk. Again some thing I have never seen in an Asian market. All in all, it’s a fascinating store.

Like cracking open a boring looking clam and finding a luscious pearl inside.
Of course it has lots of interesting snacks for the curious, but a good solid foundation that puts it squarely on the list for your regular routine market run.

Have driven past this old Walgreens at corner of Harmony & 82nd for years, but never checked out the store

We usally shop at Fubon market or Oriental Food mart at Foster Rd/82nd.

Only stocked one brand of Jasmine rice on the shelf, no sticky rice or glutinous rice. The offer a very small selection of Asian vegetables.

Sauces and seasonings are not very diverse maninly Chinese orgin. Even Fred Meyer's has a better selection of Soy sauces.

Very small selection of Filipino, Thai, Korean, Japanese food goods.

This store is great and i love the products i buy there. I recommend the melona ice cream and the ramen section. I also love their different lays flavors. The store is pretty put together and there’s a good layout. I like how they have variety and they have lots of fruits and vegetables.overall i’ve been wanting an asian grocery store near me and it’s treated me well.

It looks like a Chinese wholesale place and I did find dried bamboo leaves for wrapping rice dumplings. Also found did different brands of red bean and black sesame buns to try.

The woman at the cash register is very friendly and answered my questions in a helpful manner. Much of the produce, like other similar markets, is wilted, but for the most part, is still good. The place, like other similar markets, could use a good scrubbing.

Loved it got a bag of Tea and they gave us a whole extra bag of Fortune Cookies additionally all there prices are very low!

Wide variety of bulk food items, pantry, refrigerated, frozen and fresh specializing in Asian cuisine. My family spends most of our time in the snack and soda isle. My favorite find here? Steamed shrimp dumplings.so good!

Was surprised to find they specialized in restaurant supply, but found some things to buy.

Was in town visiting Portland and stopped in the market. Did some shopping and just happened to find this HelloKitty rice cake rolls. I wish I had bought more because they were delicious

Great place to find the noodles you need! It has a fair selection of several things and some wholesale foods. People are friendly, but some seem to have only a little English. We go back fairly often and will continue to do so!

It's fun shopping here! They have great selection of Asian food. I am surprised what I find here every time when I walk in. The staff is very friendly too.

Has a large selection of food for low, the lines were very short or non existent. Although some of the products are sometimes broken.

This place is amazing! Went in for a couple of items, ended up with a lot, but all of it was reasonably priced!
