Great customer service and solutions for anyone with unusual foot needs. They took the time to really understand what our feet needed and then went above and beyond crafting a solution that really helped!

Excellent service. I have metatarsalgia and toe problems from over-stress and poor fitting shoes. Heather fitted me with a great pair of hiking shoes and inserts. Plus the education she provided has changed my approach to buying shoes. Really glad I went to her. Will be going back.

I literally just forgot the name of the very helpful women. I want to say Michelle. Anyways, she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very understanding of who I was and of my situation. I didn't have a referral letter, which was a requirement, but she called my insurance provider and had them fax it over:)

I wanted to share how much customers/clients mean to Heather, we were leaving on a Wed.very early and I had forgotten to get my sons inserts for his new shoes and mine. I knew he would not know what to get and he would be in a hurry after school. I called Heather explained what I needed and she got it all ready for my teenager to pay for and pick up in minutes! She was so kind to my (Giant 6' 4" Italian teenager) I have also brought my favorite shoes in that have become "loose" as I have lost weight fearing that I would need to buy new shoes and guess what HEATHER TO THE RESCUE! She was able to put some shoe pads in that I don't ever feel and I have my shoes back saving me $$$. Just today I called the store because I seem to have hurt my ankle I asked her if she had any ideas? Of course she told me she is not a doctor but gave me a few things to try over the long weekend until I am able to get into the doctor. Heather I feel takes her clients needs so very seriously and goes above and beyond to help them. I so very truly much am grateful.
