Strong consensus in town this place is not where you want nails done anymore.rumor has it finish is of low quality, chips easily and isn't worth the money you pay. They also are getting a strong reputation of not sticking to appointment times.
Folks say if you want a massage with a happy ending, this is the place to go. Rumor also has it the ending can be a little rough.strong odor of fish on more than one occasion.little Saigon?

Great service. Quick and professional. Decent prices. These people work very hard for their money! Please be kind to them. They are extremely professional.

I was part of a large group who went to have nails and pedicures done. There were 7 of us and the appointment was made a month in advance. When the group arrived they had overbooked and made us wait at least 15 minutes before they started on anyone’s nails. I was scheduled for a pedicure. I got in the chair and she didn’t ask me what I wanted or anything else. She clipped my toe nails, barely filed them, then she scrubbed me feet. She then proceeded to paint my toe nails. She didn’t put lotion on my legs or give me a massage. I was sitting next to one of the other people in our group and her pedicure started 5 minutes before mine. My pedicure was done 10 minutes before hers. It was maybe a 20 minute pedicure and I was charged 28 dollars. My daughter had acrylics put on and it cost her 47 dollars. The prices are outrageous and not worth what you get. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I just paid it and even gave the girl a 2 dollar tip. The only upside for me is that I live out of town so I can go home and get a deluxe pedicure for 27 dollars.

I got stiletto nails, they look pretty but if you take a closer look theyre crooked and miss shaped. It's been a week and I'm losing nails! Not to mention I walked out with them looking like I had grow out! Horrible, horrible! Get a receptionist, she was on the phone the entire time so rude! They sat me in a seat where someones stuff was still at, she booted them out!

I’m honestly shocked that they have this many stars but I’ll just explain my experience as quickly as possible but it’s probably going to be long.so here it goes.

First off, myself and 5 others made an appointment for us to all get our nails done on a Thursday a month prior to our actual appointment date; we had a wedding coming up that weekend and wanted to do something fun together. When we showed every technician in the place was occupied with clients; some technicians had just taken new clients that went in on a walk in basis. There were only six nail technicians working at the time so it made no sense that they had just started on new clients when they very well knew they had a party of six coming in at that time. Because they decided to take new clients, we waited approximately 30 minutes for the first two people in our party to get started with their pedicures and, shortly after, one of the technicians started on another one of our girl’s acrylic nails. We continued to wait for about another 30 to 45 minutes until there were now two nail techs ready to do mine and another friend’s gel manicure. By this time, the first two that we’re just getting pedicures had completely finished and were basically now just having to stand around and wait for the rest of us to all get done. Our last two party members waited another 20 minutes to get started on their acrylic nails and pedicure; which in that time, myself and another friend had now finished having our gel nails done. Again, a bunch of us were waiting around. I just figured that if you advertise that you take appointments, you should at least attempt to keep them. From the time we walked into the nail salon until the time we walked out we had been in there for 3.5 hours.

Now, on to the quality of the services. I will admit, one of the nail techs there that does acrylics is not only incredibly fast but actually very good at what she does. They not only looked really good but also lasted a fair amount of time as well as being very cheap so if you don’t mind waiting for them, you’re all good on that end. As far as the gel manicure I received, I did not have a great experience with that. It was just a very rushed job in general. Not every single coat was even, not every coat was fully dried in the end and she ended up getting a lot of the gel polish on my actual skin which burned when you put it under a UV light. I ended up having to peel a lot of the gel polish off of my skin which is not as easy as it sounds. My other friend had the same experience. Then there is the pedicures… I would just say that the service themselves are pretty inconsistent. We had one girl in our party get the full on spa pedicure where they massage your legs and put scrubs and lotions on them and the polish work was not bad either but the other one that was also in the same party (who got the same service) did not get her feet scrubbed, or even lotion for that matter and the polish, to put it politely, looked awful. It wasn’t evenly coated and the polish was basically see the through. They just didn’t put enough coats on it to look presentable. So you got one who paid for the full service and got it and another who paid for the full service but was not given the service they were promised.

Well, I think that’s everything. I hope this helps someone out. Ultimately, I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon unless you’re fine with waiting for a long time and are willing to pay for inconsistent service.

Today was the last straw. Made my appointment and for the 3rd time in a row waited for 30 mins to get started. They over book and take walk-in’s, this is not how they ran things previously. Most of us come there to relax and enjoy our time. They have someone there never stops talking and it’s just plain annoying. This place has gone downhill and I will be looking for another nail shop. Would not recommend them!

I went in showed them a picture and they replicated it perfectly! They were super nice and affordable!

They charged me 57$ when i called and asked how much would a full set acrylic be and they said 45.this place actually sucks don’t go there my nails hurt and have dents in the gel polish the gel polish i didn’t ask for.i asked for light pink and she did gel polish.

Always busy with great pedicures and flowing chatter. Fun, very competent staff and lots of repeat clientele.

This the only place that I go to for a pedicure. The price is right and service is excellent. They always make you feel special. Very clean and I love the massage chairs.

I will NEVER go to this nail salon again. I had an appointment there today at 1pm and not only did they make me wait almost 30 minutes, half of my acrylic nails are crooked! Not like a little crooked like horribly crooked and when I asked her to fix it she basically laughed at me. She didn't speak to me the entire time just answered the phone and talked to co workers. Forever nails.more like never again. I cant believe I paid almost $60 for 6 crooked nails and a terrible experience.

QUITE POSSIBLY THE WORST PLACE IN SOUTHERN OREGON TO GET A SET OF NAILS OR FILLS.

NOT ONLY THAT, BUT THEY WERE UNEVEN, CROOKED AND WHEN I WOULD MENTION IT SHE WOULD ACT LIKE SHE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND ME. TRUST ME, THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU MEAN, THEY JUST ACT LIKE THEY DONT. THEY UNDERSTAND PERFECTLY. THEY JUST DONT WANT TO PUT FORTH THE EFFORT AND PUSH YOU THROUGH LIKE CATTLE. NEVER AGAIN-!

Very busy but fun atmostphere.had a pedicure last year for my bday present.amd went and got nails done too.always friendly and polite.always greeting people when they walk in as well no matter what!

Had my first pedicure here with my wife for her birthday. Great staff and they did an excellent job!

Great service - they took my daughter and I in as walk- ins while super busy and made it work! Our mani/pedis look great! Will definitely be going back!
