Four Points by Sheraton Portland East

Though I had a nice quiet stay. I was told on the phone that the pool was out of use because of Covid. When we arrived the pool was noticeably broken and out right disgusted. So much so they tried to hide it by putting up paper over the windows. There was a stain on my blanket, the wifi did not work, and they were understaffed.

I was parked here to visit their attached restaurant that used to be Xavier's. It's now a Elmer's and I guess has been now for 5 years or so. Did see a couple classic cars parked here like this 1939, of which I attached a photo. Saw a 60' open top caddy also. - Getting out of this area is easy, leaving parking lot turning right gives you a intersection controlled by a light. Left for be the freeways or Airport Way.

The service is above expectations, the amenities are everything you could want, and even under current conditions there is plenty to keep someone entertained. I will definitely be coming back!

The salesperson who checked us it was AMAZING! He was extremely polite and very friendly. Our room was clean and nice. We will be back!

This place is my favorite getaway.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, super comfy beds, very quiet. I reccomend one of the rooms with a jacuzzi.
Great place to stay.

I booked online and was charged over $600 for1 room that was $275.00.after being told to not stay because of the fire in Oregon it takes 7 business days to get it back in my account.

I worked there In my 5 plus years of hotels, nice set up, in room hot tub, clean, get your room on the west side away from the traffic on 181st!

Very clean and modern hotel. Great prices! Wanted to go swimming but ended up getting back to the hotel really late. Pool is open 24 hours. Only issue is the curtains aren't black out and there was a ton of light coming in once sunrise hit.

On the negative side, rooms were poorly lit, bare Bones furniture, and right next to a busy street so request the back of the hotel if you stay here. On the positive side, the staff was extremely friendly and personable and the facility was extremely clean.

1-8/9/10-2020. Fix The Sauna/Hot Tub Today People. There is absolutely no excuse for these amenities to be out of order at these stay rates. Your continued intentional disregard for customer satisfaction is embarrassing the Sheraton name. The only saving grace here is the deliciously sexy housekeeping supervisor. Seeing her amazing self walking thru the hotel hallways lookin like the worlds sexiest referee or zebra, OMG mmmhhmmm.sooooo f'n beautiful and a sweetheart to boot. We went there for a conference, sadly it was canceled. But.we checked out the room meeting was to be held and found it to be quite nice and adequate for about 35 to 50 people.ish!

I really enjoyed being here. Haven't stayed here, so I cannot make comments on the rooms and hospitality there, but they are incredibly friendly to presentations. I went in for a conference, and they were more than awesometacular the way they accommodated us.

I have always had a comfortable stay here, the only thing I had an issue with was the TV WiFi and how it wouldn't connect. They could just have been having issues at the time, otherwise everything else was great. Very clean, nice bed, friendly staff etc. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was ok. But the AC unit in the window above mine dripped water onto my window ledge ALL night. Like a Chinese water torture. I didn't get a wink of sleep. They're starting renovations hope they fix the leak

Decent hotel. Clean. On demand/app functions were not working but location is good. Bear late night dining beyond fast food and a grocery store.

The mattress like $30 motel’s level, the mattress so uncomfortable and make a big noise when partner turn over in bed.
The carpet in this hotel is not very clean which is looks out of ark.
The Marriott gift card dose not accept in this property which is ridiculous! When I ask to pay my rate by Marriott gift cards, the front desk lady said we have to go through chip credit cards to proof checked in which is by property owner policy! So that’s why they don’t accept gift cards. My question is what if some people only use cash instead of chip credit cards to pay rate?
