Not sure who I had but she charged me to remove my nail polish (never had that been charged before)! She removed them with a grinder and was so careless of my grinding down on my skin too.

Also she has very long nails and every time I didn’t move my feet to how she liked she would dig her nails in. If she couldn’t do that then she lightly threw them into the water.

I was in a group of 5 girls and they all were not pleased. Never coming again.

I called and asked how much it would be for a full set of acrylics with a couple butterflies on my ring finger was told $35 starting price and maybe $45 for additional Decour a couple of my nails are not filed very well but overall was a good service ended up paying $90 total with tip included

Appointments mean nothing here. You'll have to wait around while your friends get worked on because they lie and don't care that you're sitting here being left out. Won't be coming back here. Dont say you can take people at a certain time when you can't. Not a hard concept.

I had a funeral to attend, so I went in for my first mani-pedi since the pandemic began. Once the technician had me I the foot bath, she asked me if I’d like to use a quick dry nail polish. I agreed. I didn’t realize she actually intended to use gel nail polish until she asked me to put my foot into the curing device, and at that point, I didn’t want to beleaguere the point (I thought there was some new product).
I had planned on getting a gel manicure, and she began by shaping my nail, and applying alcohol. When I protested that I wanted my cuticles attended to, she assured me that she would take care of that afterwards. She completed the curing process and had me wash my hands and put oil on my cuticles and indicated she was done, and just in time as they had closed twenty minutes ago.
Then came the bill, $130.00, when I had planned to spend at most $70.00.
This place does a lot of upselling without clearly indicating their cost sheet, and because English isn’t their first language, it’s hard to ask questions, and one doesn’t like to press the point after the service has been provided.

Joe did my first set and second fill. He never spoke to me except to ask what color I wanted. While my nails were curring he got up and left without a word. Someone else finished my service. Now I'm suppose to pay and tip him. I will never return. Poor service.

They were super busy and I felt like they rushed on my toes and my massage chair was not even on and didn't even massage my feet and they messed up on my little cousins nails and I feel like the over charged me and there was no prices listed anywhere it was not a good experience I have had better pedicures elsewhere.

Pedicure turned out okay, but the technician hurt me several times, to the point of me commenting on the pain. My friend was also hurt to the point of bleeding cuticles. Neither of us received any sort of leg massage. Overall it was an okay experience, the place is clean and covid protection is a priority. I don't feel though that the pedicure was worth what I paid.

Got my nails done a couple days before Christmas. Very poor job: they’re all already starting to lift from the Nail bed and I’ve only had them for a week. They were allegedly solar nails but I highly doubt it. Never have I had my nails coming off after just one week

Been here twice now and the staff does a great job! They are super quick, professional, and kind. The prices are very fair and the quality is unmatched. This my new favorite nail salon!

They were super friendly and it was easy to get an appointment. They pay so much attention to detail. My nails look fabulous and I am definitely going back.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible place to go, I took my three young daughter's there, and this is not our 1st time going here, but yesterday they charged me 150$ for three full sets of acrylic nails.talking about covid-19 means more money.

Most expensive nails I have ever gotten and I would say they are done the worst. Had them done less then a week ago and they are snagging my hair anytime I touch my hair. Color from my last set is still showing and multiple places of polished missed on multiple nails. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever in my lifetime. Worst experience ever and I have been getting my nails done for 12 years now. Being in the mall you would think nails would be done top of the line and not rushed or talked bad about right infront of your face!

For a salon located in a mall, Foxy Nails does a good job. I had a regular pedicure and the nail technician did a good job and did not rush. I didn't give this place a full 5 stars, though, because I found it a bit noisy with the various nail technicians talking constantly with each other and calling answers to people across the store

I came in to ask about a fill and asked how much it would be for “acrylic fill with shilac” they told me it was 30$ so the next day I came in to get a fill with my sister and we both got the same thing done and they ended up charging me 40$ and her 45$? !? For a fill? Which I paid that much for a brand new set elsewhere like I found that absolutely rude and disrespectful and they don’t honor there prices they also speed thru the nail process cutting into your skin and cuticles so overall would never recommend this place I got overcharged for something that was supposed to be 30$ if not less.

Joe did such a great job, quick service and very friendly. I got a full set of coffins with gel polish and couldn't be happier. I had reservations from the reviews, but he did a really exceptional job.

I'm sorry but this was the most expensive Mani pedi I've ever gotten for the least amount of service. It was all about changing nail color, no massage, exfoliant, etc. Total price was $92.it was gel manicure but still, I've paid less for exceptional service at other salons.

Want to give 0 stars. Me and my friend went in there to get full sets and they were very uninterested in my needs of what i wanted and did the worst job ever. Payed $75 for these just to go get them fixed! I was so unhappy its unreal!

Fantastic job, good treatments, good prices, fantastic pleasant technicians, very relaxing. I highly recommend this salon!

I got cut multiple times and one was really deep and it hurt really bad so I jumped and the guy got mad at me.he even somehow managed to stab me, by putting the polish on and the color I wanted and picked out they apparently didn’t have it and made me pick a different color and it’s still not the right color.
Waste of money and rude service

Had my finger nails done here with a couple friends. The girl that did mine did a great job and i would highly recommend this place for other males. Very sweet girls in this store and make you feel ok about getting manicures.
