Fred Meyer, Hillsboro OR

Complete hassle using the pharmacy at this Fred Meyer. They have held my medications for the last 4 days and after visiting twice still have not released them to me. Even with the pharmacy open and the drive thru open they would not help me and release my medications because they were giving COVID vaccines. Which no one was there to receive. I work long hours and it’s very difficult to work around their changing hours of operation. Aside from that they have high prices for medications and make it incredibly difficult to transfer over to them. I made a giant mistake using this pharmacy and now I will need to transfer my medication again just so I can pick them up from a place that will actually provide them. They also double charged me, told me I would get a refund and after a week of not receiving the refund I went back only for them to give me a phone number to call And request my refund directly from Kroger. That took two separate phone calls and another two weeks for my refund. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Always the best fruit and and vegetables. Bakery is well stocked with many choices. Love that it is a one stopping center.

I went through Gabe's checkout line and he was crazy fast and super friendly! Great customer service!

I wish you'd hire young kids with the right attitude. This young fellow was bagging my items, he stopped midway and walked away without saying a world. I finished bagging it myself. These young kids these days have the wrong attitude towards work. I manage three teams for a company I work for. I would not tolerate such behavior. Fred Meyer, I sure hope you do a better job and hire quality people. Not just space fillers.

Bunch of employees too busy moving things back and forth on racks to be bothered with customers.least it wasn't as dirty as it could have been inside.

Good place for groceries, they redid everything so be prepared to be wonderin around looking, or seeking help

It is a fairly large freds with all the sections including outdoor and gardening. Freds gas station is just across the st. Conveniently located off 26. Right next to a mcmenamins. Jiffylube. Panda. Starbucks. Dutch bros and jack in the box! I almost forgot. Behind the freds is a couple benchs looking into the swamp between them and the athletic fields.

Found what I needed. The price was a little high but acceptable. Check stands were crowded so I went through customer service.

Friendly staff when they can be found. Had to wait to find someone for a key to be made, then something was wrong because it didnt work and when went back again hard to find someone so just left. The people were very friendly when they were helping me so that was good, but maybe just understaffed

I think Freddie's has really gone downhill since acquisition by Kroger & I REALLY dislike this store's change in layout - REALLY HARD to find things - NO logic to new layout!

I like there organic section, selection is really good and produce very fresh. Good place to shop.

This location sucks. They let people cut in line and there is no one at the customer service desk. Speaking to a manager is impossible, so I guess I'll have to file a complaint with the regional manager.

Grocery department was completely switched around recently. Now a 20 minute shopping trip takes an hour. Way to go Fred.

Parking lot gets hectic during the lunch hour but a great stop for just about anything you might need

Fred Meyer is one of our go to stores! Perfect on the way home. They have an incredible cheese selection and we like to try something new from there often!

Not excited about the latest remodel. It made the aisles more easy to navigate, but the selection suffered. I've had to go elsewhere for several items they previously offered

It's kind of a maze in there. Good prices but not a well laid-out store. Grocery items are all over the place, in multiple aisles throughout the store. Not a good place for quick trips.

All is well, but I was very disappointed to see that they have removed their firearms and ammunition at this location. Where they used to be is a mostly empty counter now with the last few remnants of firearm accessories on sale.

But only one star due that tonight we were literally took out of the store by who I was said is "the manager"
We were picking the stuff in the store by the time they close so the man said "stop and go away" so Rude to me.
