Fred Meyer, Medford OR

The pharmacy here is the biggest joke for a pharmacy that I've ever dealt with. I'm really surprised that those pharmacy techs still have their license cuz you know mixing up medications and giving people the wrong meds in different bags that's not a liability at all Jesus Christ.

I went in to exchange some boots I got as a gift, I decided on boots that were a bit more that had $10 off plastered everywhere on the rack… I went to exchange the boots and pay the difference but at checkout there was no $10 off the price! ️ I paid the full amount and explained it to customer service and they checked the rack and saw the signs but they just walked away. I then spoke to Shannon the asst.manager in Clothing and she was so nice and honored the discount and I got my $10 back no sweat! Kindness is a choice and she was more than that! Thank you Shannon, you’re awesome! It’s stuff like that! That’s what keeps me coming back!

We sat at the gas pump for almost 10 minutes nobody noticed us while there where 3 people in the gas shack and several standing around we had to walk up and pay for our fuel and we had to get out and hang up our own pump.so please why are these people getting paid to pump gas if they can't do their job

I’m a bit of a regular at this location. This afternoon I was sitting in the Starbucks dining area for guests. Two visually impaired people were needing assistance. So I watched as many as four staff members come from behind the deli counter as well as the Starbucks to help this family with their needs.

I’m very impressed with the level of customer support they were provided with. It’s things like this that keeps me coming back to this Fred Meyer location.

I've been a big time FM customer for years. But the treatment of customers in the pharmacy at Crater Lake Hwy in Medford, including mostly elderly and disabled, crossed the line. When customers call employees hang up. When I confronted the main store manager he hung up, so now I know where the bad customer care comes from. When I confronted the manager in person for hanging up on me he called his stocker boys. What kind of a man does such a thing? It's time Fred Meyer Crater Lake Hwy Medford gets a real human being in the manager's office.someone who cares about customer service. I am no longer a Fred Meyer customer. Ridiculous.making contact with Kroger Corporate and Medicare for mistreatment of elderly and disabled abuse. WE ARE HUMAN BEINGS TOO!

I got to Fred Meyer at about 9: 45 it said they closed at 10: 00 and apparently they're closed so please update your hours if that was very inconvenient. It's Christmas time and it's very inconvenient very very inconvenient I'm very disappointed

This Fred Meyer location is a pretty decent place to shop. Our family has been shopping at this particular store for probably two decades. Their customer service has been better in the past, but it's sufficient now, as long as you find a motivated employee.
Anyways, it's nice that Fred Meyer sells groceries, home items, electronics, sporting goods, clothing, and gas. Kind of a One-Stop shop place. Next time you're in the area stop in and check them out!

Just got my Covid booster shot. The staff were very efficient, friendly and I was out in 10 minutes. Couldn't be happier, thank you.

Clearly they don’t pay their workers enough because the gas station is severely understaffed. They also no longer do wrap around.

Lol. These guys are so lazy. I’m laughing, but dude. Spoke to two people and each answered with a barely discernible “hello”. Uhhh. Is this Fred Meyers cust service? Uhh, no I’m the garble garble manager. Ok.then you could prob help me with my first time curbside pickup.no, you have tot all with that department. No problem, thanks. Next guy. “Ehlo”. Uhhh. Is this pickup? Yea. Dead air. How does it work. I’ve made my order. Uhhh. I’m not really sure. You can just read the sign. I think it’s on there. Ok, cool I suppose. How about your phone number. Ummm. I’m not sure about that, but here’s the general (that you already know and just called). Thanks Logan. You’re a beast of an employee.

Upon arrival, some goombah is pushing about five carts in a line into the store. He’s at full horizontal tilt. Imagine what it would like like if all five carts had concrete bags in them. But no. They are empty. Then he stops. At the 1/4” curb. Not sure why. All the while holding up traffic.

I reach the pickup and get my stuff loaded. Our boy l was nice enough to make a list of substitutions for us, many of which are not at all 1: 1. Lastly for unknown reasons he piles the last bit of groceries into the car with no bag. Thanks dude. I’m sure something will be motivating in life. Just ask the armies of tweakers walking around Medford. Sorry Medford, but I won’t be missing these parts about you.

Went to get gas. The north store is no longer taking cross over and th lady beside us rid not see the sign so we allowed her to take our spot. Joshua the lazy pump attendant would not help her cause we said it was ok. TOLD HER TO LEAVE. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Evidently this Fred Meyers has lowered their standard in customer service. I see others have also expressed this in their reviews.

Denise had gone above and beyond to make my experience at Fred Meyers always a good one. She knows her regular customers, and she wears many hats to get the job that need to be done, done. Thank you Denise!

Today the older cashier by the main entrance near apparel was super rude to my family AND others. I’ve see her be rude before, but today she had a permanent, hateful look on her face. I know it’s hard to find and keep good staff. But after being a loyal customer of over 20 years, I am now taking my business elsewhere. South Fred’s seems to still be customer friendly, so will continue to shop there.

I completely understand elevated emotions and differing opinions in this time of misinformation and confusion. But your cashier scoffing, raising her voice, refusing to provide services, and trembling with anger over an unmasked customer seems unreasonable. If your employees are crippled with fear, send them home instead of allowing them to turn your customers away.

Went in there and their customer service desk was closed. Was told that they are short handed and that they are refusing to do any returns. I told them " not my problem. Get a manager". She refused. Will never go back there again. HORRIBLE customer service

Fred Meyers has gone above and beyond to make shopping safe during the pandemic.

There is early morning shopping available for people that are at risk.

There are dividers at checkout.

They have Instacart shoppers that will fill orders for you to pick-up or they deliver.

Masks are required for all shoppers beginning today, August 13,2021 as are all stores in Jackson County.

The checkers were treated horribly by some shoppers last year. I'm hoping this year people will treat them better.

The checkers don't set prices or policy. These folks are just trying to earn a living and they truly deserve compassion and respect.
