Parking is a bit crazy at times however I've never had a bad experience there when traveling through the gorge.

First Time Calling To Ask For A Formula In Stock And Got The Most Rude Answer That She Couldn’t Check Everytime Someone Has A Question For Something In Stock To Just Come In and Check When I live an hour and 1/2 away.

Frustrating to have the digital bait and switch BS. What's the point of having their silly rewards card if it doesn't give you the sale price anymore? It's bad enough to have to carry another plastic card around, but wait it doesn't matter cause you have to download another app as well! Being a long time regular customer used to mean something. Feels like going to the casino without the fun.

I just wanted to say how happy I am with Fred Meyers in The Dalles. I had a small issue with a purchase, I called the store and asked to talk to a Manager and was transferred to a Manager named Tim Jones. He politely listened to my problem and told me that when I come in to the store to ask for him and he would take care of everything for me. I stopped in, talked to him, and I will say Tim Jones went above and beyond to help me! Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful and making things great for us! This is why my family and myself shop at Fred Meyers, we treated like we matter.

I use the pickup service and I love it! They are great and fast and I love the food I get there.

If you need to stop and grab some groceries on a trip we light to find a Fred Meyer and this one works well for us.

Used to go to fred meyers regularly. One day I was recycling cans and they had no one fixing them. I called customer service and a lady named Michelle answered. I said "can we please get someone out here to fix the machines I get "WE ARE WORKING ON IT! " HANGS UP on me. So I told my wife to do the same, same exact response. I am on the fence about reporting the whole place to the Oregon state recycling committee.

Do not go here and if you do avoid Michelle, she's not customer service she's just a horrible person.

Easy shopping experience that makes checking everything off my shopping list a breeze. Customer service is always great at theirs location.
We began to use the grocery pickup option. Boy! I did not know what I was missing out on. No more carting my kids through every isle? FredMeyer has been the BEST business I have encountered that offers this option. They always notify me of any items that are out and provide subs for items I approve. Thank you for making life easier!

Lovely store they seem. To have everything u could possibly need and more. Great place to work plus very nice employees. Whatever u need they have so give em a try stop in and shop shop shop.

The managers Sally has been rude to customers and staff on many occasions she should not be in that position.

Bought Kroger bacon for the first time and omfg was it tasty. Didn't expect it but a little to thick but will be buying from now on. Thanks Kroger

I'll be getting my fuel at the Safeway Gas Station just down the street until you have employees to pump the gas again.

The sign at the door says that masks are mandatory, but few we're actually wearing them. I'll be staying far away from here for a while.

My son is 2 years old, every time we go into Fred Meyers he always says bye-bye very loud and over and over again. Today every cashier took their time to wave bye and say bye to him, even customers. It made my morning and his morning as well. Specifically the cashiers have been amazing despite how hard and stressful cashiering can be!

Good place, huge choice of products, nice prices, friendly stuff. I liked this place and will be back again.

Amazing help in electronics. The little tall blonde boy helped me find the perfect i-phone charger. It was so cute how he tried to be all strong against those evil non-maskers that were bothering him. Truly my hero! He's got upper-management written all over him. Can't wait to go back and visit him every day.
