13As someone who has actually met Fred Meyer in person, I pay very close attention to his ongoing legacy in this community and the gas station at this store is unfit to service our area due to extremely poor management. Good luck getting ice in your overpriced soda during a heatwave, like today. Mr Meyer would have a fit. Fix the problem by boycotting this station. The main store is fine.
How is the bottle drop closed due to phase 1 regulations when we’ve been in phase 2 for months?
The workers are consistently nice. I typically don't experience long lines. They have the things I want.
The little older lady working the self check-out area today (5/6/21) at about 2: 30 couldn't have had a worse attitude. I asked a simple question about something I didn't understand and she rolled her eyes at me and gave me a snarky answer. Making your customers feel stupid is not good customer service.
Very clean and well organized store. Did not see any major holes on the shelves, and had a great variety of what I was looking for.
Gas station is garbage. Despite there being a line spilling into the parking lot, there are cones blocking pumps, so only 4 to 6 cars can pump at a time.
We like the Scan, Bag and Go at this location. I wish Fred Meyer would expand it to all the stores.
Usually busy, but that's expected. #1 place to buy groceries. Friendly and helpful staff and cashiers
I am glad that they have extended the grocery area of this store. The new organization is a little difficult to navigate, but overall I can see the concept that they were going for. My only qualm with this story, really, is that they always seem to be out of the items that I want, or the quality of product isn't to my standard. The avocados today specifically were either rock hard, or completely mushy.
This place is great, have been going here since we moved to Hillsboro in 08, the new layout is a little confusing but we will definitely get used to it like we did in 08!
Always clean, bright, good employee assistance, products most always there what I want, parking good at any entrance.
Pretty average fpr a Fred Meyer. They have everything, but shelves are not fully stocked and stuff is put in the wrong places. But hey, its one stop shopping.
By far one of the worst places to shop customer service is absolutely 100% horrible! The employees are rude and DON'T help the customer
