Fred Meyer, Redmond OR

Went to Fred Meyer last night about 8pm and there was only one cashier and one person helping the self check out. I decided to use the self check out and one of my items required the self check out person to assist. I waited and waited but she was to busy scanning each item for the one other customer. So I moved to the regular checkout. What a waste of time. Finally after the li e was so long somebody opened the next register. Please just hire more employees to run registers. Is your bottom line that important that you throw customer service out the window?

1st they're charging you a fee to get cash back when you buy groceries at their store. And now if you try to redeem your bottle credit and it is over $10 they wanna give you a Fred Meyer gift card. Fred Meyer what happened to you? You went fully corporate on us.

This Fred Meyer is my favorite location I've ever been to. The customer service here is stellar. They've helped with special orders for our business, and once when I needed shoes for two of our kids and had a newborn with me as well, Anna in shoes held my howling newborn (who quieted instantly) while I fitted shoes for the bigger two. Love this location so much.

Checkout experience today: Cashier was Dean, don’t know who the guy was doing the bagging, but, he obviously didn’t care how groceries are packed! They were both going so fast, they were careless with our food! Tossing groceries onto the belt, into bags with no regard as to what it was: didn’t realize how bad till we got home: bag of potatoes thrown on top of bags of chips, tomatoes and grapes buried under heavy produce, milk cartons tipping due to being half on smaller things, canned goods haphazardly thrown into bags, etc. I learned recently these people are timed, which seems ridiculous!

Only one other ahead of me and 2 baristas and still the wait seemed to be forever just for a house drip. Not impressed.

Spend thousands per year with this store. We are not known for complaining but every time I need and look for clothing in the Under Armour section there has never been a size in small. Only xl and xxl. I would have purchased many items if they had more than two sizes. To bad I have to shop at other stores to get the same thing in another size. To bad they do not carry anything in my size.

Great class today at 0630, and I had forgotten my gloves yesterday, they had been found and I got them back! Thanks!

I was trying on shoes and I went to go show my mother and when i went back to get my shoe it was gone. Someone stole my shoe.

Helpful patient cashier. Friday download deals right up front so you don't have to search for them.

This place has everything. Not only does it have everything, it also has the best selection of everything. It's basically a grocery store, target, Macy's, and academy all rolled into 1 place, only everything is nicer and again, much better selection.

This Fred Meyer took me a minute to navigate it's set up differently than the Bend store which is the one I'm used to is all.

I love freddies.its the all in one store in Redmond.the new store manager is awesome and is on top of everything.the store is much better shape then its ever been.and he is a hard worker always on the floor helping and guiding

It is the best place to shop for fresh produce, grocery, general household needs, clothing, toys, electronics, plus much more. When we travel it is the one shop we miss the most because it truly is one stop shopping.

It's a Fred Meyers. They got what you need. Probably the best produce in Redmond for sure. Better meat quality than walmart. But produce is where they really shine.

Over all good but you did have a non serves dog in the produce food area you need to crack down on that and kick the dogs out

I can always count on excellent customer service at my local Redmond, Or Fred Meyer. I am never disappointed.

Nice store. Everyone was very friendly. Had everything we wanted. Met all the criteria for five well earned stars.

Over the years the store has been here we have leaned it. It's not the small town stores of the past but it has most of what we regularly need. Prices are ok
