34Justin WORKING CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN THE WORST AT THIS STORE. HE'S ARGUMENTATIVE, RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. I SHOP HERE DAILY BUT WITH NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN! HE SHOULD BE FIRED!
Click list has its challenges like sale advertisements are not always processed to your receipt but if you catch it before you leave they will honor the discount. Also difficult when the items are out of stock or substituted. Fred meyer doesn't allow tipping which i think is a shame. The staff try very hard and do their best
Solid neighborhood grocery store but better selection of produce and overall at Johnson Creek store which is weird.
Save yourself the headache of rude staff, poorly stocked shelves, and mouldy produce at this particular location (Sunnyside Rd in Happy Valley,) and drive the extra few minutes to the Johnson Creek or Clackamas locations. Better prices, they always have what I need, and the staff's are exponentially more friendly and competent.
Pharmacy drive thru takes 45min to answer and they tell you do you mind going to the back of the line while we fill it up and guess what took 2.5hours! Either hire more staff or shut your pharmacy down!
Fred Meyer, you have plenty of room to open your seating area & still maintain safe social distancing. It’s a pandemic! People need a place to sit for a minute. This is unacceptable! You allow your employees to use the area, but keep it closed for customers. TERRIBLE IDEA!
Associates are always helpful and polite. This location lacks a full home department and an entire electronics. So if that's what you're going for, head to Johnson Creek.
Otherwise, good store.
The Happy Valley Fred Meyers is a well laid out store that is very easy to shop at (much more open feel compared to other Fred Meyers), and has a very good selection of products. This is our go to grocery store. This Fred Meyers may not have an electronic department, but its focus on the other items it provides is very good.
Staff is the coolest thing since Kool Aid, especially produce, deli, meat, and of course the front of house. Thanks guys!
REALLY needs wifi and cell service inside.limited selection. Knowledgeable Wine Stewards. Has bar with friendly staff.
TIP: Must ask checkout staff for coupons, as they can't volunteer to offer them.
I had some issues with the grocery pick up but they were really kind about it and made it right. This store is so clean and pretty! The customer service was great too. I love this store!
Not happy with all the changes. Too many self check outs. Not enough baggers. I don't mind for myself. But my mother is 90 years old and shouldn't be bagging for her self. Over the years we have spent a lot of money in this store. But after last week, I am done shopping there. I should clarify witch store. That would the Johnson Creek store.
This is probably the nicest Fred Meyer in the Portland metro area. Great selection and a bar, so you can enjoy a beer or 2 while shopping.
This is the best Freddie's I have ever seen. It got a whole sushi bar, a giant deli, a whole food court, and clothing section aside from the normal standard Fred Meyer's fare. It's on a whole other level of Freddie's
The Starbucks in it is actually decent and makes decent coffees. This is an A+ Fred Meyers.
Totally a first world problem, but there weren't any chicken tenders because the ones in the case were all dried up. Bummer. Heart crushed.
Best shopping experience ever! Happy Valley Fred Meyers with the wine and beer tasting is what every store should have. Also the store was clean, well organized, helpful staff.
And the best wine section ever!
I was able to find all of the items that the Sandy store no longer does! I will be making the Happy Valley store a regular stop on my way by
I dislike dishonesty. When they were doing a hand count on bottles the machine would not take the person counted them one by one and still wrote down a $1.60 short on the slip.
I got arrested trying to finally walk to my closest neighborhood store, so no i won't ever be visiting this location again
Shopping is Not my favorite thing but I must sau today was absolutely wonderful. Mostly at checkout Bryaden is the BEST. He made the checkout process very pleasant, his attention to detail & very efficient. Will definitely change my shopping to this store, an look for him at checkout.
