Fred Meyer, Bend OR

They need to update their policy on checkstands it's unreasonable to have people waiting 20-30 minutes to check out. That or hire faster cashier's.

Fred Meyers is great but this one makes it worth the drive to Bend to shop. If you do go here, hope you don't need produce, because the shelves are often empty and you will need to go elsewhere to find what you need. Was there today, bananas, garlic, cilantro, cucumbers, and many other things wiped out on the shelves and no one restocking. Unfortunately in my experience this is normal at this location.

I like shopping here, don't get me wrong! But I suggest that they put bathrooms in the area between the dairy and the bakery area! Why? So people who really have to "go" don't need to walk all the way to the bathroom by the apparel area to avoid unnecessary bathroom accidents.

The customer service there is terrible. Stood in the line for 20 minutes and got a store credit but they didn’t even have what I needed so the credit is useless. The customer service lady gave me and the lady before me attitude. On top of this so many people didn’t have masks. It’s funny because their sign says no mask no entry yet so many people there with no masks. Terrible experience never going back and don’t think people should go there either.

Okay so update, left to Walmart they had everything I needed and a great price, I was in and out the store 10 minutes top. They even had a nice reminder over the speaker that you need to wear masks.

Love being able to find different types food and condiments then just a regular grocery store. 5 stars

We had to get in and get out quickly as we were on a tight schedule. I found what we needed and we continued on our way. FM is always a nice place to shop. This FM was big and I had quite far to walk to find what I needed. The extra exercise was good for me, so I can't complain too much.

Today we waited 15 minutes at the check out line before the checker started to check us out. At 10 minutes I visited with an individual and she said she was working on it.when we left in about 20 minutes there were no more checkers. The sign said wait time 74 seconds - what a lie. I wish that someone at the Fred Meyers in Bend Oregon would visit with management about customer service.

I love Fred Meyers. We get most of our groceries there & all of our medications. The staff at Fred Meyer are always very friendly and very helpful. Locating help at the store is usually quite easy if you need it.

Love this shop, nutritional yeast was out and bottom of container was moist. My regular Fred Meyers in the Dalles is always on top of their bulk items

Great place overall, but unlike most stores where they'll let me buy as much or as little dry ice as I want here I was forced to purchase a full block.something like 8 pounds of it, when all I wanted was a single pound. Should have just looked elsewhere.

They seemed short staffed but the help was helpful when I could find it. Found what I was looking for.

Fred Meyer has a good selection and their sales are great. Our checker was a bit cranky, but awa okay

We just Love trolling the aisles for deals! Grabbed some good looking sushi for dinner, fun place to shop, just download some digital coupons for the real deals!

It's great, sometimes they have good prices and other times they are just like the rest. They have an awesome selection of wines and beers for great prices. Very nice place with great selection of items, food and furniture. You can go to this place for everything honestly. They even have a gas station.

We are able to do most of our shopping at Fred Meyers including pharmacy. They have been out of the carmel topping we want.
Employers are friendly and helpful.

Fred Meyer is a great grocery store, that carries A TON of other things. Great service, layed out well, and less grumpy customers than a lot of shops!

Poor customer service in the electronic department. Waited almost ten minutes for the guy with the key to open the case.

Love my local Freddy's! Especially dangerous in planting season. Go to bank, and many other one -stop shopping capabilities. Friendly staff.

It's a Freddy's. You know what to expect. Decent produce in the grocery. Mediocre off-brand goods and familiar national brands among the sundries.
The employees, as always, are pleasant and helpful.
Gets VERY crowded, despite it's size, in the late afternoon.
