Fred Meyer reviews
24 Quality wise this is the worst Fred Meyers location I have been to.
I've bought cereal here that was 7 months past the expiration date!
Dairy products such as string cheese & cottage cheese are of significant lower quality as well.
I would love to give Fred Meyers 5 stars at it is usually my go to place for all types of shopping but sadly I will look elsewhere in this area until this location is improved.
I normally shop here and it is a good experience. However, currently the management is not enforcing social distancing rules, and today’s experience was negative and felt very unsafe. The aisles were crowded with people going both directions, people were crowding at the registers, unattended children were running up and down the aisles, and Probably only 1/2 of patrons had masks on. Two unmasked women were coughing all over the merchandise. I won’t be back until more steps are taken to ensure employee and patron safety.
Today at this location I was the victim of racial profiling. Keri at the store treated me as if I was a thief when I’ve never stolen anything a day in my life. I spoke to the store manager Alicia and she was very unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about my experience at all. She said she would talk to their manager but no future action was taken. I used to love Fred Meyer, but they’ve showed their true racist colors today. I went back and returned everything I bought. And I will not come back to this location or any other.
Many employees and stockers aren't practicing social distancing and don't wear masks or wear them in a way that does absolutely nothing. An employee at self-checkout actually asked me to remove my mask while she was standing right next to me so she could see my face better to check my ID. I'm 35 with plenty of gray hair!
Why are the pumps 'self service' when pump attendants are still being paid and have been the only ones that touch pumps? Maybe its above my pay grade; but I'm not quite understanding the reason/logic behind this decision.
I have always appreciated the Springfield Oregon store and the employees, especially in the pharmacy. But after my trip yesterday to pick up a prescription during which I found about 90% of the people in the store were not wearing masks or practicing social distancing I will not go back. Even the staff were not wearing masks or practicing social distancing. I thought the state of Oregon required that and I am somewhat appalled.
Cash checks for low cost, plenty of good prices, not just food, but also merchandise, and you can order online with an acct.
Didn't find what we came for but still managed to spend $100! Helpful staff in the electronic section. Autumn items now in stock including nice sized pumpkins.
Good price on money orders and dang near the best prices on gas in town! Even when the lines are long it goes pretty smoothly.
I love this store. Yes the prices are higher then Winco or Walmart. But, their produce is better. The meat counter is better, and their store brand is better. Plus their clerks are a whole lot better! Friendly and willing to help!
I consider Fred Myers discount worthless. Items on sale are rarely in stock and discounted items such as; squirt is deceptively advertised. I can afford to pay more and will do so at another store from now on!
I ordered a birthday cake with chocolate frosting for my husband and I got an off white frosting with a response of "that is chocolate, I saw the girl make it myself this morning. She had to add chocolate flavor to what we had. " No apologies. Plus, I had to have bakery paged twice after waiting 5 mins befor I could get someone to find help. No more orders from this family!
I had problems finding one in item and two employees took the time to help me out. It was really important because I was shopping for Instantacart and it's important to get the items as quickly as possible for the customer. Great customer service Q street Fred Meyer! Hope to see you get someone
So evidently if you are fat you can no longer buy clothes at freddy's as they are discontinuing their Big and Tall section. So it looks as if you have to buy online where you won't know the fit of the clothes before buying.
The store is very large and they have just about everything you might want. Two people are kind and courteous that work there. It's a great store.
The costumer service wasn't bad! I would say the price range for cloths is more near to high than low; there are a lot of significant sales, but some things even on sale can be a little high priced.
Kelsey, the store leader (not sure of the word) is very rude and disrespectful to her employees. She doesn't seem to mind if customer's are around. Felt bad for the employees. Will not be back.
Beautiful store horrible customer service. Np even 1 person greet us and there was associates just walking by us.
Really impressed with Miles in the outdoor section he was extremely helpful and made my day. A+ customer service
Also the wine barrel planters look amazing in my yard
Very clean store. Courteous staff. Very organized and well stocked. Fast check out. All around a pleasant shopping experience. Congrats to staff and management!
