Nice store. Clean and we'll laid out. Employees very nice.
Limited selection on everything. From Hot Wheels to variety of Ritz crackers. Prices all around are higher than Wally World. They good baked chicken at the deli. Moderate price. Store brand seem to be copies of Wally World but smaller size. Probably how they pay for a nicer store

Usually, Everyone is Super Friendly & Helpful. In the Front!
However, in the Departments, if you see an Employee, They are kind of Standoffish & Act like they are too busy to help or they don't work in that Department.
The Store is ALWAYS CLEAN, The DELI FOLKS ARE GREAT, I always want shaved meat. I usually try to Only Ask for, 1/2 lb. Or so because, I Feel Bad about all the work it takes to Shave the Meat; but, they Always Put me At Ease. "No Problem At All! " "I don't mind at All! " "That's My Job" & "That'd be My Pleasure"! SO I ORDER MORE OFTEN. That's how we like it! So, I LOVE THE DELI DEPT.ie. This Pandemic. THEY WERE GREAT!
I Don't feel the same about the Bakery, However! They might've had a bad day, that happens. So, I will try again, Tomorrow!
All in All, I love Fred Meyer & We Always Shopped at Smith's when we lived in Vegas!

We appreciate this store and will happily continue to shop there. Employees up to and including management are exceptionally friendly and helpful if approached courteously. That attitude seems to even rub off on the customers! Great range of products, and the quality is dependable. Produce prices are a little high, and shelves are not always stocked. The stocking activity is a little nuisance, but those employees do their best to be out of the way, too. They dropped a few items we depended on, though we still see sales flyers for one of them. Still a 5 in an imperfect world.

I got to meet a lot of good people I was very blessed in Roseburg Fred Meyers I got to meet the employees and managers and stuff they were off the charts Derek and all of them the people around there or very friendly I've been traveling all the way from San Luis Obispo to Santa Cruz I stayed in Santa Cruz about 2 months I stayed in Oakland 2 weeks and now in Roseburg about 5 days it's definitely a place I enjoy going back to after I go fishing with my grandkids

Pharmacay should not give advise that differs from doctor about doesage of meds. I am sure doctor knows more about medical condition than counter person.

Really appreciate them. They were open during the snow storm. Fresh produce, good prepared foods section. Extremely helpful staff.

Fred Meyer Pickup is AMAZING! I started using the service when my small kids ended up sick. I was thrilled with the ease of ordering my items & the prompt service received when I came to pick up my groceries! Plus the first 3 orders had the service fee waived so it was a win win! The employees are friendly each time & I am happy to use the service as it is providing more jobs for our community!

Check out was nice, but store hard to get around in because the store had aisles partially blocked as usual.

Friendly staff, awesome bargains. We love shopping here, we can get our grocery shopping and many other needs accomplished all in one visit. The produce is fresh and safe also.

Went for a dog bed on sale no signs showing which one so I just picked one. Got to the register it was the wrong one so I hurried back to get the correct one after finding it in the ad. So I hurried back again and no signs and no bed for the price listed. Why put something on sale then have no reference anywhere for it! The clerk at the register did her best but people were lined.up behind her so she was frazzled too.

Great place to get profiled and get verbal implications of theft of minor children as well as myself with my receipt in my pocket as well as cash and debit card.the worst feeling in the world to get targeted when I work for a living and pay taxes but apparently the way I look or my kids look causes the store employees to verbally imply/accuse us of theft. I get that you might do that to an adult.but a 12 year old kid.seriously? Just sad.

I was looking for a pair of work boots an each time I went to ask for assistance the floor person walked away before I could ask for help. Had to go-to another department and ask for help. Just to find out they're probably not going to have work boots. Very frustrating.
